The property was very nice. First thing when we walked in, we were kindly greeted and then scent of the place when you walked in was very refreshing. Every time we went in and out of the Hotel, there’s always someone there to greet us. The staffs are just so accommodating. I would definitely suggest this place for family or just anyone.

The room we had was a queen suite and it had a living room with a pull out couch. I loved it cus we stayed for the whole weekend and we had a lot of space to move around it and it was only four of us. The bathroom was big and a his and her sink. Just over all it was the perfect size oh and also plenty of big windows with black out curtains so it doesn’t seem your like Ina stuffy closed room.

Nice selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Close to some restaurants.

Can't really do anything about traffic noise on the interstate highway, but it loud pretty late at night.

The older lady that works evenings is absolutely phenomenal. She was the sweetest lady. My husband and his workers were here on storm/ice/snow trouble helping out. I booked a room here for them online. He called back doting about the lady and how nice of a room and location I booked for them. She thanked them for coming to help out with the snow in the area as she has worked in law enforcement 24 years, so she knows the need when comes to essential workers. She even eent out of her way to call around to restaurants to see what was open for them so they could go eat when they got up. That is something way out of her job description that she done that she didnt have to do. I wish I knew her name, but she gave our people the very best southern hospitality that you could give someone, and we very much appreciate that. To the GM reading this review, please let this lady read this as well and give her a nice bonus. People like her is what makes your business and ratings better! The world needs more people like her! 😁

There was nothing here they didn't like

Breakfast was ok. Good choices for a continental breakfast. Would prefer better choices for the quality of the sausage and eggs. I don't like eggs from a carton and I don't like plant based sausage. Love the waffles but I have to eat gluten free now. I appreciate d the sugar free syrup for sure. The fresh fruit is always a plus and the bottled water. Loved the option for tea. I really loved the lemon infused water in the lobby. The area was exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. Thank you for a good presentation!

Staff was very friendly. We had a question about the tv hdmi hook up and the front desk offered to come up and have a look at our tv.

We called ahead to ask if we would be able to use a fire stick with their tvs, that’s something we prefer in hotels. We were told most likely yes since they’ve had people leave them behind before. Sadly, when we arrived it wouldn’t work. The front desk staff came up and confirmed that our tv was not compatible and the input option on the remote was “removed” so we could not change it. We ended up just watching random shows. Typically this is something we require when deciding which hotel to book, and we will continue to require in future accommodations or at least smart tv capability.

Several positives include, friendly staff, clean facilities, central location for food, shopping, gas and ample parking. The television was great size and adjustable for viewing at any point in the room.

Water pressure in the sink could have more pressure. Shower was great pressure. Everything else was 100 % Nothing else was negative. Sink pressure was OK.

The room was very spacious. Beds were most comfortable, with crisp, clean bedding. Bathroom was spotless with ample bath, hand & face towels available. Usual hotel amenities available. Breakfast offered a great variety from cooked (eggs, sausage, waffles) to cereals, yogurts & fresh fruit. Plenty of coffee available in the morning and chilled lemon-infused water available all day long. The freshly baked cookies in the lobby were a lovely touch. The location was perfect for our needs, in close walking proximity to grocery stores and other retail outlets, short drive to historic Downtown Summerville and easy connection to the '26 to Charleston. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating!

She has always greeted us with a wonderful smile. All the front staff had made this place a very welcoming place to stay.

Very surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. It was very welcoming and comfortable. Beds were great. After being on a cruise that caught the tail end of hurricane Milton it was a joy to be in firm ground and in a room that wasn't constantly moving!!!!

Nothing. Everything was perfect! Staff was very pleasant. Facilities very clean and neat .

The breakfast was good , having fresh coffee both mornings was nice . The room was very clean an comfortable . The atmosphere over all was quiet with no excessive noise, quiet at night to sleep . The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay .

The fire alarm went off at 5 am the first morning , no panic but a bit of a startling awakening, false alarm . we had a fire truck outside our window. Other than that I would recommend you and your location.
