I came in due to a disaster with Booking.com. They failed to tell me that the hotel that I booked roughly 6 months prior had been boarded up months earlier. They failed to tell me that I had been transferred to comfort suites... I got there the staff bent over backwards to assist me. It was Debbie the manager who took control of the situation figured out that I had been triple booked unraveled the entire mess got some the charges reversed so I wasn't drastically overdrawn at my bank and made the experience so much better than I could have ever expected. I had the impression that she took it personally that I was getting royally screwed over and did everything that she could to make it so much better. She deserves more praise than I could ever possibly ever give. She defined customer service to me. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 52 stars to Debbie

I stayed just for a staycation night getaway. I was impressed by the size of the king suite. The room was clean. The mattress was very comfortable. The stafstaff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and sausage links. I’ve stayed next door at the Best Western Plus and Holiday Inn Express before. This was just as nice, but a better deal.

Nothing comes to mind.

The location was convenient for shopping. Just off the Interstate, we were able to get to other parts of the area easily. Walking distance to fast food & brew pub dining.

The room layout was awkward. To accommodate use of the mirror, the dresser, used as a TV stand, had to be offset from the mirror leaving ample room for suitcases, if only there was a second luggage rack available. Had to use the coffee table as a luggage rack.

The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked great. It's in a great location, so there is a lot of stuff nearby that is easy to get to. The people working there were nice and helped us when we needed it.

The elevator was scary and moved with the doors open it tried closing with something in the door and it also tried closing as my sister entered it was not fun. I would recommend the stairs if you can.

The beds were very comfortable. The amenities in the rooms were exceptional. There was plenty of room in the room we were in.

There was blood stains on the cover of the sofa bed.

The property was clean, safe, quiet and accommodating. The staff was very, very friendly and super helpful.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It’s an inner spring mattress that we had in our room, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and I could feel my husband moving all night other than that it was excellent with the uncomfort. Say that was an excellent stay.

Our stay was great, the staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent and the room was clean. Debbie at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful throughout the stay.

The pool/hot tub could have been cleaner and would have loved it to stay open a little later. The fitness room would be awesome if they had a few weights or resistance bands.

Breakfast was great and a variety of options.

The pull out couch was quite bumpy and the cover had a stain on it. We did have to go get sheets and a blanket for it even though we had entered that we had 3 kids coming with us. We still greatly appreciated having the extra place to sleep for our third child. However it would have been exceptional if the pull out was ready for us!

It was clean. The breakfast was very good. And I like that the room also had a couch besides 2 queen beds.

I liked everything about this hotel except the beds were WAY TO FIRM.

The breakfast and the staff were exceptional ! Very helpful with all of our needs . The pool and hot tub was just what we needed ! Would stay again on our next visit . Thank you
