The best with this hotel ls that all the staff are so sweet and friendly, the housekeepers, reception, restaurant. I felt happy every day at my stay. The room was very big with a nice balcony. I stayed for a whole month and every day I got my room perfectly clean. The whole hotel and the pool area was very clean and fresh. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and with the best sambar ive ever tasted.

The doors to the rooms do not close by themselves, so if you dont close them manually an horrible alarm goes off. Which itself can wake up peoples from another floor, and it was often there was over 5 door alarms going on at the same time.. for over 30mins.

The breakfast was excellent, not too many choices but the South Indian dishes were great. Rooms, and the hotel in general, was neat and clean,. It was located conveniently on the main Mysore-Hunsur Hwy. The swimming pool was good, and my son enjoyed it very much and the poolside dinner in the evening was great. The indoor playing room had TT, Snooker and Carrom faculties, which we used as well. Hotel staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel did not provide the hand towel to our room on two out of three days, they seem to supply the usual coffee/tea bags etc, in limited quantity as well.

We really had a great time. The structure is very nice, with plenty of space for our kids to play. There is also a small playground that kids loved. The staff was super nice and helpful, supporting us in any request (logistics, tourism, or little needs with the kids). From the staff, Murali was extremely helpful and kind. I warmly recommend it!

Breakfast buffet was excellent and very international. The spread included both Indian (north & south) options and English options like cereal, toast & porridge. Service staff are attentive & efficient. Live stations for omelette & dosas…. We enjoyed all the food outlets and when weather permits the staff also arrange outdoor garden seating in candlelight. Murali at the reception was instrumental in giving us great advice & a superb experience. Amazing diction & support. Was a pleasure to see high standards of service in what I thought was a small local hotel.

Was a wonderful stay.. everything was great ! Parking could be improved as the hotel also hosts functions in their ballroom which fast fills up the basement parking for house guests .

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the reception area is nice, it has a pool in front of the hotel, when you stand in front of the hotel you can feel the cool breeze from the water pool and small fall. They have around 21 parking space in the basement, additional space is available on side of the road but will not be sufficient if there are guests with more vehicles. It has a balcony which faces the open garden of the vegetation restaurant which is awesome.

The wash rooms could be more hygienic and also there was slight bad smell in the bathroom.

The ambiance was great, especially the candle lit dinner around the pool area, so beautiful. My husband is not a romantic person and would never think of doing something like that. So that evening was just amazing 👏

I didn't like the massage I got from the spa at the hotel. The facility is not clean and the therapist was rushing. She left me uncovered for 10 minutes to heat up the massage oil. Worst massage I have had ever. Definitely not worth the price I paid. They advertise it as a 1 hour massage, but actually it's only 45 minutes. This is not explained in the beginning. 15 minutes used for steaming and a shower, this would have been okay if I was told in the beginning.

The Property is well-managed. It is not grand, but the space is well utilized. The size of the room was adequate and the bed size is okay for a family with one kid. My compliments to the chef. The food is 10 out of 10. Stayed over two days and the food was amazing. There was baby food as well.

The property does not have open spaces to walk around. The parking space is a bit cramped. The lighting in the room is just adequate. The TV does not have many channels to see.

A clean, spacious and well-organized hotel. Good rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough choises. It is a bit far from the city centre but that is easily solved by hailing (on the street or through the reception) one of the many autorichshaws.

No remarks here.

Nice hotel for those who plan to visit mysore. Restaurant is decent and has good varieties in the breakfast and dinner. Hospitality was excellent and kudos to all the staff working there. They take extra care to meet the expectations of customers. Keep up the same and looking forward to stay in the place again! Breakfast was good with lot many options.
