The breakfast each morning was very good. The room was clean and comfortable The hotel is right off i-20 and close to several restaurants., The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The sound from outside was very loud.it sounded as if we had windows open. This made sleeping difficult some nights due to the constant interstate noise. We were awoken one morning with what sounded like large dumpsters being emptied that seemed to last an hour.

The comfort of the room and the ease to get to the destinations we planned. We was here for a funeral and we wanted the entire family to go. We were comfortable, rested well all the amenities were excellent. We could not have chosen a better hotel.

Everything was good no complaints. Our stress level was reduced because we worked earlier in the day and had to drive down from Atlanta, GA. To get good rest it enabled us to enjoy everyone.

Loved the location close to alot of restaurants and the Augusta Mall. The bed was very comfortable as well, tv nice sized and it was very quiet to be packed for the night. Staff was amazing I'm not sure who was working the front desk on 3/11 that night, but she was absolutely AMAZING. Would definitely be coming back soon!!!!

Nothing really I didnt like except for the incidentals fee, but it was refunded. Note to self call hotel prior to see if they charge an incidentals fee.

The staff was helpful and friendly during our stay. I was with a family group of 13 and they were very accommodating to our needs. The suites are large and have a nice layout to hold multiple people comfortably. Their breakfast options were good and kept stocked at all times even during the busiest morning rush.

The pool was very small so it only held a few guests at a time comfortably and we weren't able to find a time that would allow us to use that amenity since it was a full house. The furniture and walls in two out of the three rooms in my reservation had multiple splatters and stains so that was somewhat unappealing. A hot tub or sauna would have been great to aid in evening relaxation.

The staff were very pleasant from the cleaning staff to the front desk.

A woman with short blond hair knocked very loudly shouted "housekeeping" and then immediately opened the door before we had a chance to react. We were sorry that we didn't have the door bolt on but did not realize it was needed during the middle of the afternoon. She quickly closed the door without apology.

We only stayed one night, but the kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool. It was very nice and clean.

The breakfast wasn't that great. I was excited about the breakfast because of everyone's else's reviews. BUT with that being said, we were there at a very busy time for the hotel, so it could've just been that they weren't prepared for so many people to be there! I would still stay again!

I've stayed at this property several times taking my daughter to the Augusta Children's hospital. It's always clean, comfortable & the staff is pleasant. The breakfast is pretty good & offers a good variety. It is also sufficiently stocked. The rooms are a bit worn, but nothing major could just use refreshing. The beds & pillows are comfortable. The outside grounds are well lit & maintained. I would recommend this property as a great value for Augusta.

Great value, newer construction, modern. No shame in staying here, the facilities and room were great. Love seeing some of these hotel chains stepping up and raising their standards. I would definitely stay here again or another newer location like this, it's no longer a "2 star" type place.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We love every one of them! Beds were very comfortable.

The constant fan in the bathroom was too noisy. Also would have liked for the window to open more fully to get more of a breeze at night. The breakfast was a bit scant. Could offer hard boiled eggs, bananas, bagels as alternative of toast, and a meat choice.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The beds AND pillows were super comfortable (which is rare) and it was nice to have a fridge larger than a mini size in the room. We could have stored many items if we wanted to.

The TV channels were odd. They took forever to switch and the number/station shown didn't match the TV channel that loaded. The guide wasn't working so we had to wing it... Isn't the most terrible thing in the world but for the day we were in the hotel longer and at nights when we watched it was annoying. One other thing that would have been nice to have is a dresser. We are a family of 4 and not having drawers to place our items in was tough. Our suitcases were left open all over the floor duringnour stay.
