The apartment was clean, the staff were polite and helpful. They spoke great English. There were enough facilities in the hotel and around the pools to enjoy for two weeks easily without getting bored. The location was great? The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes with restaurants and bars on the way. We were self catering and the local supermarkets were very close by. The kitchen had sufficient space for what we needed and the apartment overall was perfect size for 2 adults and two children. We had a great stay here and would recommend.

The cleaners aren’t every day so fresh towels were not daily but this is the only negative I would say.

Facilities for young children were perfect, our toddler really enjoyed the pools and play area. The hotel is close enough to the beach and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly, kids entertainment great.

We went self catering but paid to eat in the buffet one evening and found the food to be average. There was lots of choice but not much to our taste so we were glad we chose to eat out most of the time. Our room was clean and spacious but we were on the first floor and noise from the above and below rooms kept us awake quite a bit (to be expected with kids). Not much else to fault here we really enjoyed our stay.

Booking of sun beds by throwing your towel over the sun bed, had to be done very early, I do not subscribe to this practice and often had to sit on the grass, management should do away with this practice. The kitchenette in the self catering apartment is minimal and do not expect to have a full on meal with the equipment provided. I had to spend sometime attending to work matters and the wifi connectivity is poor and sporadic.

- food was great, lots of options at the buffet - was never overcrowded and spotlessly clean - we've never stayed somewhere as child friendly as Zafira and our 6 and 9 year old felt really happy here - the staff were all really hard working and pleasant - the animation team entertained our kids every evening with their dancing....they especially enjoyed Pepe's dance moves

- its a small thing but there could be more sun umbrellas provided - evening entertainment was just ok

Big property and location was good. Walk to the beach is about 10-15 min with children. Shopping (Aldi, Lidl was near by. More Markets and Shops are close by walking distance. Small shop inside the property.

The big water park slide was closed when we visited. The room was somewhat dirty. We had issues with our access when we arrived.

Plenty of entertainment options for kids, this is really the highlight of the hotel. Swimming pools, aqua parks, lots of events. Kids are always busy. The location is convenient, not so far from the sea, many restaurants and supermarkets around.

The rooms are dated, however everything mostly works fine. The coffee maker did not work though, asked to replace it, didn’t happen.

The kids facilities were amazing pool/park/ little rides / footy pitch! The shows could be better for children with better songs IE baby shark or something but it was still fun. They are on the later side though. Izzy the Koala bar was a huge hit! Food in the hotel wasn’t that great but a big selection. The timings aren’t that great for kids could be worth binging the timings forward an hour or even 30 mins 6pm is a little late for toddlers for an even meal. Not enough desert options for dairy allergy just mango sorbet or fruit. Kids pool was cold especially with some of it being covered would be much better if this was heated. We still had a little play in it though and it was fine :)

Hotel was great and facilities excellent. Highly recommend for families with young children (8 & 10) as they were entertained for the full stay. Go all inclusive as options for dining outside of hotel didn’t look great and food was excellent.

Main bed was fine. Sofa beds not great, but ok.

Breakfast was ok. We didnt eat meat or chicken so there is no alternative like seafoods on offer. Something like fish fingers for breakfast will be nice! It will be perfect if the hotel have a fixed schedule shuttle vans to the beach especially for elderly people and also families with kids.

There we some discrepancies during our booking where the room that we booked through booking.com did not get transmitted properly to the hotel. However, booking.com customer service attended to the issue efficiently and it gets resolved on the second day of our stay.

Great hotel for families with kids. There is something to do all day. All the staff was very nice. The food offer is diverse.

Pools are not heated so it is chilly (we were in October). Area around pools is very slippery. Rooms need some renovation, there is smell of humidity in room.
