We really enjoyed our stay in hotel Raffl. The fact that the hotel is just outside Bolzano is only an advantage. Lovely, peaceful surroundings, big parking and nice garden. We loved that the hotel provides dinners with every day new menu - great option when we were coming back tired and hungry after hiking day. Breakfasts were also good, everyday the same options but the choice was big enough to compose a different breakfast every day ;) hotel staff was friendly and helpful :)

Overall everything was great, keep in mind that if you’re a light sleeper you may hear other people snoring and in my case the little aircon screen was quite too bright at night when the aircon was on - it would often trouble me with falling back asleep at night but it doesn’t mean your experience will be the same 😉

The room is neat and cozy, and the breakfast is also good and convenient. The parking is quite big and next to the hotel, really convenient if you're driving here. The reception helped me a lot with information about the city and the Bolzano card, assisted me a lot and very patient with my questions. I really thanked him (sorry I forgot to ask your name) for making the trip in Bolzano a lot easier. I will still stay here next time I visit Bolzano, highly recommend.

The room for 2 can be slightly small if you're carrying a lot of luggage, and the room towards the road can be seldom disturbed by the traffic. The location is a bit far from the city center, you must drive or take a bus to the center or train station.( with the Bolzano card the bus is free)

Sitting on the balcony in the evening overlooking the apple trees was nice. The duvets on the bed were cosy The girl on reception was friendly and helpful :)

It’s really in the middle of nowhere next to an industrial estate, which is why they give you a free pass on buses and the lift pass in town ( the pass is a great bonus but would prefer to walk in to town given the option) They could do something more with the rooftop jacuzzi area - lots of untapped potential here. Dinner was just a set buffet menu- you can’t just order a single meal.

Big, nice modetn looking room, very comfortable bed, great view at the mountains and the garden, big balcony. Diverse continental breakfast. Lots of electric sockets. Very helpful staff. You are provided with a Bolzano card to use in public transport in the area, incl.cable cars. Overall a nice relaxing stay

Really pricey, but i think in Bolzano the average price for a room is much higher than in majority to other places in Europe. Far from the city center, around 25 mins by bus (though it is a direct route, no need to change). A transparent glass wall in the shower, so if you are not a couple or just want some privacy when taking a shower you won't have it.

There was an amazing wrap around balcony for our room that had excellent views. The onsite restaurant was very good.

The location was impossible to find based on the address. Even standing in the lobby, the address mapped to 34 minutes away. We added over an hour to our trip while attempting to find it. Mapping to the location coordinates solved the issue. There wasn't much in walking distance (under 30 minutes walk) in terms of restaurants, but there was a very good restaurant onsite where we ended up eating for both dinner and breakfast.

The hotel is new and looks excellent. Breakfast was basic but plentiful, and the staff was very nice. We loved the size of the room, the comfy bed and the large bedroom. Despite the weather, we really appreciated the hotel's garden. We also really loved exploring the city of Bolzano with the complimentary city card that the hotel gave us. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Breakfast is only until 9.30 every day, including the weekend, which is pretty early if you are on vacation. No gym, sauna, massage or pool offering. Would be nice to have some option to relax after a full day of hiking...

Hotel Raffl is situated on the outer ring of Bolzano. Perfect location if you are traveling through Italy. The hotel is facing some beautiful mountains. The Hotel itself is small but very accommodating. It had a restaurant, where you can order from the daily menu. I would like to highlight and show my appreciation to the kitchen staff, who were able to accommodate a gluten and lactose intolerant person!! Big thank you!! The staff speaks Italian, German and English and was very helpful with everything regarding our stay.

The rooms are very stylish, but sometimes a bit unpractical. The bed is in the middle of the room, there were no nightstands to put our charging phones on or an extra chair… also the shower cabin is made out of beautiful glass but it’s not ‘sunk’ into the floor, it’s on the same level, which makes the water run out to the sink and toilet area, which is situated also in the center of the room. As I said it’s beautiful and stylish but a bit unpractical.

Very clean and comfortable room with a delicious breakfast down in the restaurant. Amazing view from our Family suite to the apple ,grape farms and to the mountains.. pertrol station just opposite the Hotel. The Hotel located in a very nice area and its only few minutes driving to the city center .

We liked everything about our stay at Rattl, in particular the staff. Our room was very comfortable and always kept clean, the view was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and professional, it was so good that we decided to try the restaurant for dinner, we were not disappointed. Menu changed every night and the food was delicious The reception staff were extremely helpful, also very friendly and caring. The Bolzano Card was an added bonus, we were able to explore the whole, beautiful area with ease. We will definitely return to Bolzano and will stay at hotel raffl, will be highly recommending this place to our friends. Thank you to all at Raffl, we loved our 5 days with you.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like. Everything about this hotel was top class!

This is a great place to chill out and relax, it was towards the end of our 4 week trip and we weren't look to do any touristy stuff and this place was perfect with a lovely outdoors area where we could sit, have a couple of drinks and relax. We upgraded from their Economy double which was quite small to a better larger room and it was well worth the extra money. The onsite restaurant did a great fixed price 3 course meal - it was everything we needed. If you are looking to be walking distance to town and just walk and explore the area this is not really the spot to stay. However they gave us free bus tickets we could have used as well.
