Room was good size. Neat and clean. Good space to keep luggage and cloths. Breakfast options were good. Few fittings were worn off. When informed about it to the reception, they politely offered to change the room. I preferred not to change the room, but wanted them to make a note, so that I am not troubled for this later.

Pool was not very well maintained. Pool area had a good atmosphere, however there were a lot of bugs and other stuff in the pool. Also, the pool timing could be a little more flexible as people like to enjoy pool during late evenings when the sun is little calm.

Modern, clean, and with interesting mosaic tile art. The hotel staff was friendly and well organized, especially the kitchen and the crew serving breakfast. It was a little pricier than some other places we have stayed but not so much that we wouldn’t have stayed there. I had hoped it would have been a little closer to Matera as there were no restaurants that we found that were close by. A nice place with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed.

The hotel had a unique and interesting concept, with everything in the rooms, including the beds, being very new and clean. The breakfast was excellent and a highlight of the stay. The parking is spacious and convenient.

There were noticeable issues with some of the doors that required maintenance. It’s unclear if these were checked before our visit, but they clearly caused some inconvenience.

Besides being one of the most beautiful establishments, the host Salvatore went out of his way to make you welcomed and important.

Probably if you looking for easy access to public transport may be an issue. If you have a hire car no problems at all . Plenty of parking.

It’s a new hotel opened more than 15 months ago, and it’s located 10 min away from Matera by car. Room size follows standard and with balcony. The swimming pool is also very nice to relax.

Amenities are simple set-up. Hotel location is in the industry area.

Bread at breakfast could be more fresh and offered in more local variants, hotel is located in area proud of its bakery tradition anyway...

Everything was absolutely great! Staff waited for us and had to be longer at work that we could have a dinner later. They were amazing! Excellent breakfast, one of the best we have had in Italy. Best price/performance ratio! Total score: 11/10

Fabulous sized room with balcony. The pool was fantastic with the hot weather. The breakfast selection was fabulous. Easy access to Matera, straight on main highway - 10 minutes.

The hotel is Brand new, room is big, air coditioning is good, mattress very comfy. Very good breakfast as well. Free parking. Location near the highway which was convenient for us transiting to Potenza.
