Ok, give you some quick notes on this. 1- hotel is located as shown on map, its sharing building with holiday Inn ! The door is opposite side building and you can take elevator to floor 15 and thats the lobby. 2- very new, very clean, great room size 3- they have sauna but you need to call them 40min in advance that they turn on for you 4- subway is only 15 min walk ! You can rent electric scooters/bike in street for 2yuan per 5 min ! That way you reach subway very shortly ( ~ 40cent ! ) 5- there are lots of restaurants around and they are cheaper than centre of city! Take advantage ( hotpot 49 yuan ~ 8$! ) 6- there are chinese breakfast around for way cheaper than hotel ! Like 4$ for congee and … 7- subway to centre of city takes roughly 30 Min (3-4 yuan ~ less than 1$) 8- to train station subway roughly 50 min 9- you can buy daily or 3 day subway pass to make life easy if you want. Heads up: staff very polite but do not speak much english ! But you are here so i guess you found your way! It’s good choice highly recommend.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff were very kind to us, especially Leo and there was also a lady who worked at breakfast who spoke English who we cannot thank enough for the natural remedy that helped me with my colic. In addition to everything, the apartment is excellent, comfortable, beautiful with impeccable design, the best place to stay in Xian without a doubt, we stayed there for a week and already miss returning. Leo and Miss whose name we don't know, we thank you very much for all your kindness, and for always helping us when necessary.

During my stay, everything was extremely correct. The staff is professional and very friendly. I have no objections to these matters.

Unfortunately I had problems with the internet, it just wasn't working properly. I had a lot of work to do and unfortunately I was wasting time by constantly connecting. I asked twice to solve the problem, the technicians and reception staff were extremely accommodating and professional. Everything was done professionally, but unfortunately the problem continued. For this standard, the room should be a bit cleaner and the breakfast more varied and complete.

This apartment hotel met and exceeded my expectations in many respects. It was spacious, modern, well equipped with great facilities eg gym, sauna, laundary etc. . The breakfast spread was great with both Chinese and Western varieties. The staff, including housekeeping, were very friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. A special thanks to Kevin, who assisted me with bookings, etc, and Charles, for his effort. The hotel is about a 10 to 15 min to the metro, which I utilized daily for the duration of my stay. The hotel is a few metro stops away from the city center which I didn't mind as I chose the property for the facilities, breakfast, and mini kitchenette. It's also in a quieter area, which is appreciated after a busy day in the crowds. The hotel can be reached easily by the metro with a moderate amount of luggage.

The few niggly things that bothered me was the settings for the sauna and steam room. The hotel really needs to look into this as you don't get the full benefit of these facilities when the sauna doesn't heat up properly and steam room cools off quickly. They should also consider adding a few floor mats for yoga etc in the gym. These are important points to note, especially if guests choose the property for its facilities.

It was a huge one bedroom apartment with kitchen sink, microwave, dining table etc. it had two toilets, one bathroom. I booked it as i was only going to stay in Xi’an for one night to catch another domestic flight and the airport hotel didn’t look attractive. I’m very glad I booked this hotel and to get out of the airport surrounds. Breakfast was included but i left before it opened. Staff super friendly and helpful. Restaurants everywhere around the hotel and kind generous people with not very much.

I didn’t come to explore Xi’an. But if I wanted to head to the Bell Tower and other places, it would have been a Tube or Taxi ride. A bit out of the way, but for the price for my purpose of just having a clean safe place for one night and a chemist, convenience shop and restaurants nearby, it was unbelievable value for money. The taxi to and from the hotel was reasonable and the taxi driver found it quite easily.

the breakfast was very good, you have different choices on different days. and the breakfast is available till 12:00 which is very convenient and provides you flexibility. the staff in the kitchen and at reception were very helpful and friendly. The room is much bigger than the normal hotel rooms. You have a kitchen and washing maschine which are very useful . Many shops, restaurants are near this hotel. The room is clean. Bathroom,especially the shower needs more cleaning.

The air in bathroom had some strange smell. We told the hotel and a worker came very fast to check the ventilation system but he could not find sth which was out of order. for 2 nights there were some guest celebrating party, so we could not sleep at night. We suggest the hotel inform the guest, put notice on the wall so the guests know after 20:00 they shall be quiet, no parties shall be celebrated in hotel.

Modern, spacious facilities with a nice lounge area and very helpful staff. A special mention for the manager Kevin, who spoke excellent English and went out of his way to be helpful.

It’s a bit far away from the downtown Xi’an area and from major tourist attractions such as the Terracotta Army. The nearest metro station is 15 minutes walking from the property. Not a major issue though, we used Didi rides to get us where we needed to be.

It felt like a good four star hotel with super professional staff that made efforts to understand me and provide accurate information. I liked that the kitchen was European style, with usual western cooking utilities. It was very clean and the room was really big. The self-service laundry is free of charge (washing and drying), and there's even a gym and several lounge areas.

It was a bit overpriced compared to other options.

Good selection for breakfast. Clean place, with kind staff. Our requests were met in a timely fashion. Kids enjoyed the pool table downstairs and the lounge area. Surrounding area has plenty of places to eat local food.

Sauna wasn't working, however steam room was. Front door didn't shut properly, you had to lift the door to lock it which was a small inconvenience, however over all a good place to stay. Not much to complain about.

2 bedroom suite is very spacious and perfect for a family, we also had a twin room next door and the staff opened the adjoining door so it felt like a 3 bedroom flat which was great. Nice and helpful staff, we got food delivered to the rooms via the Chinese version of Uber eats and it arrived quickly so the location is fine if a little far from the main city centre and about 10 mins walk to the nearest metro station

It could have been a bit cleaner, after an hour or two walking around our socks were quite dirty which tells you it’s probably not mopped very often
