It’s a beautiful and peaceful place for short or long holidays. The room is huge, we could accommodate a crib for our 4m old baby, and still has a lot of space to walk around and even for the baby to play on the floor. Bathroom also has a great size. Property is clean and tidy. Staffs are all friendly. Breakfast has a several option and everything was delicious, and the restaurant has a peaceful view to the lake. We’ll definitely come back more times, it’s close to Ghent and Brugge, to the beach and others cities, great location! The property has a beautiful lake and playground for kids. We don’t have a pet, but it’s also pet friendly and has nice facilities for it with a great outside area to play/walk with your pet. Ps: it’s a perfect place for everyone, and the rooms are soundproof, so you don’t have to worry about someone getting annoyed if you kid/baby is crying or if you dog is barking :)

The place allows you bring your pet, which is completely fine. But at the restaurant during breakfast, for hygienic reasons, it would be better if it were pet-free, and also it’s not nice walking around the restaurant afraid if any dog will jump on your because of the food. There were small and big dogs there.

Rooms: Incredible rooms, big enough. There are refrigator, hair dryer, shampoo and enough towels. The beds can be controlled by a remote and very comfortable. What to do: The city of Brugge is a great city with Unesco-Peotection. Also the Blankenberge beaches must be great at summer time Safety: It's so safe, the building is in a nice neighbourhood and away from other houses. At night you can only access the hotel with your room card. Walking: Walking around the lake in a walking path was amazing. Just keep your jackets on :) Eats and drinks: The breakfast was amazing! Glutenfree options, vegan options and also lactosefree options was also included. And there's great %100 orange juice :) Other: The lake-view is amazing and worth the extra money for a lake-view room.

Just maybe a bathtub would be great :)

The location was what brought us there. It was beautiful and peaceful around the lake and it located just 8 km from the closet beach. There was plenty of parking space. The service at the restaurant was very good and we loved the food and beverages there.

One of the first staff at the concierge was not so informative. She didn’t inform us about any rules or the facility of the hotel. We came there we got the keycard and that was it. There was no more explanation. The keycard was not working because she forgot to activate it and there was no apologising as well. The second staff, a bit older, was very nice and informative. So she made up for her colleague.

I mean the building it self from the entrance to room are super clean. It is very bright and modern.

Nothing that I didn’t like. It gives you a little bit a fancy modern Clinique vibe. Everything is made that wheelchair guest will have the most freedom possible. Extra large doors, all doors open automatically. Everything is wheelchair friendly. Since it’s next to a lake don’t forget your mosquito repellent during the summer evening.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Big spacious room with a lot of light. Room is made to be really accessible for people with disabilities. We also really enjoyed that our dog was able to join us around. :) Hotel is located next to the lake surrounded by walking path we really liked.

For sauna we did not have robes or slippers in room. So make sure you carry it if you need them. There are changing rooms as part of sauna.

The location is perfect, it’s quiet area and there is a lake nearby, very nice walking path around hotel, playground for kids, it’s really great place for a family visit, room is big, spacious, very clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and varies each day, helpful and friendly people! Also it’s super close to Bruges. Highly recommend this hotel!

Modern spacious hotel, built in a circular shape, full length window wall for beautiful view outside, feeling of a clean environment next to a lake. I went for a 2 km run around the lake on the designated footpath. Breakfast was wonderful. Brugge is close and ideal for a stay here with a car.

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice, all very good quality, met a variety of dietary needs. The room was fabulous, outstanding size, very comfortable, excellent inclusive space. Lovely setting and great access to Bruges. Loved that all the hotel was suitable for all guests.

Tiny things- USB plugs would be a bonus and a squeegee in the shower wet room as the water didn’t fully drain away.

It must firstly mention that the hotel is for people with special needs, therefore the interior is a little "hospital vibe". That caused us a surprise at first. When we were used to the theme, it was actually a nice experience. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The view from the restaurant to the lake was spectacular. The hotel location is also very good to visit nearby beaches and Brugge (by car). The sauna is free during the evening but we rented it 1 hour to enjoy our great private time in the middle of the day. Our dog was welcome at the hotel and he enjoyed walking around the lake alot.

Pity the dog-friendly rooms are only at the ground floor, whereas rooms with the lake view are on the first floor.
