Location was great, just a 7-8 minute direct walk to the historic center. We were greeted by humans, and they were very sympathetic ! Underground parking was easy, just a block away. Room was clean, fridge was OK size but no other kitchen appliance or kitchen sink. Plenty of space to sleep for family of four, just don't expect an apartment with full amenities.

We had wine glasses but nothing else, maybe a few plates would have been appreciated. A/C turned off automatically every 4 hours: I understand the energy consumption issue, but it's slightly annoying in the middle of summer.

B&B Innbrugas is very well located - the neighborhood itself is quiet and uncrowded, but almost right next to the more bustling tourist center and all the tourist attractions in the city center. Staff is super friendly, and the upstairs suite is very comfortable, including the beds. The minibar is great in terms of local beverages and water, but not for any snacks. We were two, but actually the suite will be good for four people as well. There are both showers and baths - you can choose, and that's lovely.

- Maybe some snacks and a kettle or coffee machine in the room would be nice. - If you have a large suitcase, taking the narrow stairs up to the second floor to your room can be an unplanned fitness surprise.

Easy to find, secure parking available about 200m away for Eur 7.50 (but need to reserve in advance by sending a message to the host). Straight road to get to the town. The host was helpful to know that my car light was left on.

The stairs could be a problem, though wasn’t for us. That’s something to note when booking. I would really have appreciated a kettle and possibly coffee/tea supplies, a small thing to do but could make all the difference. Otherwise, happy with our stay.

Good space for our family. Was very clean and tidy. Was also comfortable. We were easily able to walk into Bruges which was very beautiful. Also being on outskirts meant it was easy to get to by car and having parking available was very handy.

Being in the roof it was hot on warm evenings but the a/c helped with that. The sofa was a bit of a squeeze for 4. But these were very minor things. Excellent overall.

B&B Innbrugas was located a 20 minute walk from the centre of Bruges, an excellent location for exploring. Onsite parking was around the corner. The bathroom was well equipped. There were lots of facilities available but we didn't make use of them as were only stayed for a single night.

The bedrooms (we had the family room) were fine but the master would benefit from a chair / bench to put clothes on.

Good place near the center. Breakfast was good. Nothing exceptional but with warm baked goods. They also provide spots in garage nearby for 7,5€ per night.

There is no lift and the stairway is narrow and steep. Bedding was ripped in couple of places and it should have been replaced in my opinion. Breakfast was lacking some veggies and warm options.

The location was excellent! We loved our rooms. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved the water pressure too. Our friend mistakenly dropped his iPods under the bed before we left, and Stefaan is mailing them to us (we’re paying him of course, but so very above and beyond). We would like to stay here next time we’re in Bruges. Thank you for the hospitality and kindness!

Everything was great!

The inn isn't that far from Market Square as it may seem at first glance. It's all the way straight and took us 15 min. The only thing is that the road is under construction and it isn't a beautiful walk. But it's momentary. The room is clean, well maintained. The inn proposes breakfast, we didn't take it. But it would be nice to have a kettle in the room or at least in the common kitchen. For example, we like taking hot tea in the evening after a day outside. The check in was quick. Mind that there is no elevator and narrow stairs. In general we just needed a place to sleep not far from Brugge railway station and it was perfect for the location and room quality.

The pillows are somehow unbelievably uncomfortable.

The rooms were good sized and clean, with comfortable beds. Great area and location, at a walkable distance of the city centre. The staff was very understanding when I took the parking control with me by mistake, and I sent it back via post as soon as I could. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures used to advertise.

I wouldn't say I didn't like anything but we were never shown the terrace and small kitchen available so we never used them. I think that's an opportunity to improve but it's just a small thing.

Breakfast very good. Liked location if you don’t mind a walk to centre. Property Not suitable for those with mobility problems - lots of stairs up to apartment and within the apartment. Staff friendly. Quiet location. Very nice living room and smart modern bathroom with an excellent shower.
