Comfortable, very clean and well maintained, in old town and on a free shuttle service from the train station.

We didn’t realize that the B&B through bookings.com didn’t come with the second B. We needed to add breakfast for an additional charge ahead of arrival. I think that could have been more clearly outlined and offered at the time of booking especially since most restaurants are closed on the morning of the week that we were leaving (Thursday). The property let us know when they sent the code but that was sent while we were travelling to the property so we did not receive the note in time.

We stayed in room 2, which was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and stylish. The only small thing was the tv didn't work and there weren't any tea/coffee facilities which would have been nice.

Breakfast wasn't the best experience, when we arrived it was evident that a few people had already had their breakfast and what was left was what was available. Eventually, the lady offered me an egg and brought a clean plate and mug for a cup of tea.. There was some sliced bread which had been out for a while and some yogurt in some glasses along with a bowl of cornflakes.

The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated in blue, grey and white. The shower and wash basin were hidden behind a false wall behind the bed, while the toilet was separate. When I arrived there were chocolates on the bed and jubes in a little container. The little flowers on the towels were a lovely touch. There was also a carafe of water on a tray which was refilled daily. I spent 3 nights, and after the first morning, I decided to pay extra to have breakfast on the remaining mornings, and breakfast was well worth the money. Ola was delightful and helpful and was quite happy to chat with us while we had breakfast. Breakfast had a family atmosphere as everyone sat around a dining table. There was so much to choose from, you would have to be a difficult person not to find something you enjoyed for breakfast.

The narrow staircase was a challenge with a suitcase.

Great location, good shower and nice comfortable bed. The room was nice and warm and also very quiet even though we were facing the street.

No wardrobe and one drawer so not much space for clothes. One of our towels was quite tatty. Would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room.

A fabulous stay at The White Queen. Great communication with owner before and during our stay. Room 1 was spacious, quiet, warm and comfortable with lots of little extras in the room....plus tea and Nespresso coffee machine available throughout stay in the dining room. Hot and powerful shower. Excellent continental breakfast with lots to choose from and presented well. Free shuttle bus easy to use from Bruges railway station and stopped very close to property. 5-10 minute easy walk to thr very centre of City itself and well located for easy sightseeing. Highly recommend.

Nothing at all.

Great experience! We stayed at this wonderful bed and breakfast located in a 17 century building, and I was truly impressed. The property is cozy, meticulously maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The room is clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home. Breakfast was amazing, served in a stunning room, abundant, with fresh and high quality products perfect to start the day. The location is also excellent, in the historic center near Markt Square, in a quiet area but convenient for reaching the main attractions. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic, and unforgettable stay in Bruges.

Wonderful breakfast with personable and helpful staff. The room was lovely and prepared carefully and thoughtfully to make it welcoming. Contacts after booking and prior to arrival were extremely helpful with clear instructions, directions and even photos to help. The room was very confortable and clean.

Would have been nice to have had someone present to welcome. However, instructions about room and key were clearly communicated beforehand. Tea and coffee facilities are available but not in the room. The passing traffic can be noisy... probably due to the cobbled road. Minor quibbles really.

Olga was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast Olga prepared was delicious and her local knowledge was excellent and very helpful. Sophie did a great job cleaning our room and the location and layout of the B&B was just right. We loved the attic room and the short walk to the Market Square was ideal. Thank you for a lovely stay and a great idea having the community breakfast table, it is a nice way to meet other guests and share information.

This is our second visit and we love this beautiful B&B. Breakfast is amazing with an elegant table setting. We love that it is a short walk to The Markt. Communication with the B&B was great. We had changes in our travel plans and the owner was very helpful with our inquiries. Sophie welcomed us when we arrived with a smile and conversation. She is very warm and hugged us when we left like old friends. Highly recommend this B&B for your stay in Bruges.

The B&B is set in a historic house which is full of character. The room was tastefully and lovingly decorated, with nice small details, like sweets and a bottle of water, chocolates on the bed. The bed was very comfortable. There were some roadworks going on directly outside the building and the landlady had left us some drinks and a handwritten card asking us to excuse the noise. Fortunately, during our one-night stay, the workmen did not start working early in the morning. Breakfast was plentiful and also the table set with great attention to detail. The location is a short walk from the city centre.

The stairs up to the room are narrow and quite steep, though these are quite manageable if you do not have mobility problems.
