it was a wonderful holiday. the hotel is very beautiful, equipped with excellent technology and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The breakfasts are delicious and varied (there are even sugar-free and gluten-free treats). The pool is not very large, but children are very comfortable there, and there are also times when children cannot get there, which makes the time spent there more convenient for everyone. there is a hammam, 2 saunas and a cool shower. The jacuzzi is also pleasantly warm. The water temperature in the shower in the pool is very comfortable. Room cleaning is gentle and daily. The comfort of the room only upset me a little with the view from the window, but it didn’t spoil my vacation. I will be happy to recommend the hotel to friends

Amazing breakfast with many options of food and drinks. The time window for the breakfast is longer than other hotels I've been to, which gives you the possibility of enjoying the morning without rush. The wellness facilities are stunning, there are time slots for families and for adults-only. Outstanding room with sea-view, you can see the whole coast and the room has plenty of space.

The toilet was smelly even after cleaning. Rooms' sound insulation is not the best.

As a returning customer my room far excelled my expectations! It is the 1st time to Andromeda without my husband who passed away 2 yrears ago to Covid. I only booked a junior suite with sea view but my beautiful 605 room was enormous for just me! Your house keepng girls, reception and breakfast staff were so lovely as they realised I was on my own. I loved the room , the breakfast , the free cake! and the location was great with restaurants and the beach. The family room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable and we had a great stay. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again ( probably will!!!)

The parking was a little narrow and some spaces were a tight squeeze and on one day the pool was extremely hot but other than that it was great !

I absolutely loved the comfortable room with its stunning sea view, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and serenity. Despite the chilly weather, the room stayed warm making it a cozy retreat. The breakfast selection was rich, and the bar provided a wonderfully cozy atmosphere to unwind in the evenings. Overall, the stay was both luxurious and welcoming.

Hotel in the heart of Ostend on the beach, next to Casino. Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds. Well equipped gym and... really nice spa! Cakes at 5 p.m., friendly staff at the reception. Breakfast with wide variety of pastries, breads, fruits with fantastic beach view.

Car parking is neither spacious or comfortable. But if you are careful, it does the job without getting your car scratched.

Wellness and the fact there is an adults only zone it was a petty no treatments were possible due to no personnel, breakfast is fantastic a lot of choice and a large time slot.

There were construction works going on near by with a lot of noice, not very pleasant when you have room with a balcony. Bed is good, pillows are too flat, one is too low and two too high. Shower gel pump did not work, left the bottle on the site with pump out but personnel just left it for the next day not checking what was going on.

Breakfast had a fantastic selection with enough pastries to need a week stay just to try them all! I do wish they would provide fresh milk in the room along with the coffee and tea options. We asked at the desk and they were kind enough to send up UHT creamer but proper milk would definitely be an easy step up for them.

No milk in the room to add to coffee and tea provided. Highchairs could use a better cleaning regime.

Limited vegan pastries and cakes at breakfast and none at 4pm cake events As sand from beach on floor it would be good to have hoover daily but rest or cleaning was perfect

We had an amazing experience with the two of us, my girlfriend and myself. The room was TOP and very clean. The breakfast was exceptional. So many varieties !! Thank you !! We were very satisficed.

People not understanding the purpose of a wellness. It is not a place to play ball ! In my opinion, staff should kindly remind visitors with respect of other visitors.
