A quaint family feel to the property.. A warm welcome- very simple and down to earth. Comfy room - fab shower.. bathroom a bit small for 2 people and no bath as advertised but no bother , the shower was great. Delicious varied savoury and sweet breakfast.. healthy and copious - great staff too. One of the waiters had a great ‘Basil Fawlty’ presence - defo recommend this place - 300m to the beach promenade and 300m to great music bars..

The hotel is lovely, very homely and we’ll maintained. We had the family suite, and it was perfect for us and the two children. The breakfast was also fantastic, but what really made our stay special was the lovely Els, and they care and attention she showed us. We would highly recommend the hotel, and look forward to hopefully returning soon!

The only thing I can think of is that the toilet and bathroom door were a little awkward. If ever renovations are made perhaps the bathroom door could be changed to a sliding one that goes into the wall behind the toilet? Apart from that, everything was wonderful.

Breakfast was truly perfect, the staff was kind, and the beach was right there.

The room didn't have AC, so I had to keep the window open. Problem with that is that the windows of the building across the street were really close, and pretty much at all times i could see people who could just as easily see me.

The hotel is very close to the beach, our room was romantic and had adequate space, including a fan (a rare thing in Belgian hotels). Wonderful breakfast, we felt very welcomed by the staff. Fresh and delicious products. We'll be back soon.

Our suggestion: in addition to water and coffee, have teas and snacks available in the room.

Gather that I didn't have a proper breakfast this morning, at least I had a cup of tea thanks to the generous staff member who understood I had to take the early train to elsewhere. The staff are very friendly, the bed is very comfortable and the room is nice and cozy. The hotel itself is in a perfect location for cycling and walking.

The hotel is fairly central and good for our needs as we were attending a music festival about 10 minutes' walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was quiet, comfortable, and, on the first day, there was a small issue, of which more below, but this was a one-off.

When we arrived, we found a used facecloth on the floor. I can only assume that a member of the cleaning staff had dropped it by mistake, but this was the only (minor) issue. Other than that, the room was constantly clean and comfortable. Some may be put off by the cleaning carts constantly in the corridors, but this is a side effect of the rooms being cleaned constantly.

The breakfast there is great. It is buffet of various delicious foods, fresh breads, various cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, eggs and bacon, and yes even an orange squeezing machine yielding pure fresh juice!

There was nothing to dislike.

We liked the location of the hotel and the comfort of the beds. Very well cleaned.

The bed sheets looked old and not very comfortable. We could hear noises from the stairs and other rooms. The hairdryer was very old and rusty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were nice and very clean. Proper toiletries provided. The location is great for Oostende.

Nothing. Everything was on point. Very recommended!

Room was beautiful, wonderfully clean and comfortable with all the things necessary for the perfect stay.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The Hotel were very accommodating.
