Property is well located near the middle of town. Easy access to shops, pubs and cafes. Short walk to York St and the Maritime museum. Apartment is spacious with the living areas separated from the bedrooms. Fully self contained kitchen if you don’t want to eat out. Semi on suite bathroom and laundry facilities. The place was fantastic value for money and family friendly. The Sheila at the front desk was helpful, bubbly and a pleasure to speak to. 11/10 stars would stay again!

If I am being really picky… the apartment didn’t have an oven (and to be clear, one wasn’t promised or advertised). This only caught me out because I assumed there was one and picked up some frozen pizzas to cook for the kids (which I did after already checking in, unpacking and spending time in the apartment). Definitely not the fault of the team at Harbourside Apartments - I just had a “Dad” look.

Our lovely Bungalow was situated close enough to all the city highlights and roads thst head out to the most magnificent beaches. Our accommodation was really spacious and the gardens were a little piece of paradise. A mural.on the outside wall by a very talented artist was a real surprise and joy to see. We had everything we needed and more. Mia, our main contact was fantastic too in the way she communicated and just made the whole stay a breeze. I would highly recommend this great establishment.

Absolutely everything! It started when Mia who runs the office contacted me to inform me that the two apartments I’d booked are in different areas of the town, so offered to change one so they were together. These superb apartments have everything you’d want - and more. Lovely courtyard with electric barbecue, all very clean, comfortable beds, perfect shower,lots of little extras including a bottle of wine, close to town centre and fabulous customer service.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Very clean, modern & well equipped duplex. It was easy to check in. Parking right at the back door. Beds were comfortable. Loved the extra special touches like a bottle of wine, flowers & Christmas decorations. Very handy having a washing machine & clothesline within the property. Great location - can easily walk to the Main Street. Overall loved it & would stay again.

Minor issues; - small shower recess (difficult for larger people to fit easily) - people staying next door were very loud so it was disruptive when trying to relax in the evening - shutters to bedroom windows weren’t block out, so room was a bit too light early mornings - only glassware provider in kitchen, would like child friendly glasses & plates provided to not stress about breakage

Very homey, electroc blankets on beds, heaps of towels suppllied which was so nice when travelling with a couple small kids. Good supplies in the kitchen. Great location, easy walk to town centre. Easy check in process. Had a little piece if paper for you to rate the beds comfort which is so thoughtful. And evem got a complmentary bottle of wine. Outstanding place to stay for a great price!

Internet was slow, and couldnt access any streaming services on their tv. The carspot is very tight

We were a late booking , we were a family learning of a tragedy and the apartment was a refuge of safety, comfort , convenience that made us all able to have an unexpected special occasion. This place was pristine, well equipped and like a soothing sanctuary, a warmth i had not expected. Thank you, i will be back to have more of the comfort.

perfect in every way

Very quaint historic cottage with modern conveniences and comfy beds Centrally located just across the road from the amazing Great Southern Museum tourist complex. An easy walk to many restaurants and the local IGA. Very helpful property manager.

The property was excellent in every way. Location, style, space, cleanliness, beds were very comfortable, spacious, kitchen was set up perfectly. Great heating. Electric blankets.Walking distance to the city centre. Lovely host at the office when we picked up the keys. Absolutely fantastic views. Close to the Earl of Spencer historic inn. We will definitely book again.

We loved everything

How quirky! 130 year old cottage with very uneven floors (felt even wonkier after cocktail at nearby restaurant), well modernised and equipped. Very clean. Thoughtful extra of electric underblankets and extra cosy blankets. Beautiful quality bedlinen. Really close to town centre and historic attractions. Dedicated parking. Wild flowers in vases.

Could do with sharper knife in kitchen for self catering. Such a minor thing!

Nothing absolutely loved it from picking up the keys and greeted by a happy host....didn't want to leave was so happy and comfortable st the house... if I didn't have work Monday we would of stayed longer... will.def be back and have already highly recommended use to our friends and family 🥰
