wonderful staff. We were welcomed very warmly. brought tea, was very nice. We were already waiting, the rooms were heated. The rooms are very warm! there are air conditioners, but heaters are additionally installed. The bedding is very clean. The environment is authentic. The restaurant was also heated. thanks :)

This property is absolutely astonishing! The pool, the vibes and the breakfast were just incredible. Our suite was big and we had our private terrace. A perfect day to relax near to Ouarzazate.

We are just sorry not to have had dinner at the restaurant (the chef was sick that day)

In this night we were the only guests in the hotel, so my girlfriend and I felt like king and queen :) The room was super warm and bed comfy. Hassan was great! A true legend!

The room is a bit dated (but no big concern). No curtain at the window with direct view from outside into the shower. Location felt super isolated.

Nice concept of a modern stylish walled "castle", well fitted into local landscape. Stayed in February and had no problems at all. Hot water, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and a sky full of stars at night.

Everything - Easy location near both the sites to see and the city. The staff are incredibly engaged. The hotel is quiet and safe (with ample parking protected by a gate). The rooms are very nice and the wifi is excellent. Showers excellent. We had heard in the more remote locations, that these types of resources were scarce, we did not find that here. Modern amenities, HUGE petit dejeuner - they speak English, French, and Arabic (maybe more). Please stay here! It was empty. Great price, all of the amenities one would expect in a large city at a major hotel for those who are not seeking the "budget hostel" vibe. Loved it.

More people need to stay here so they can stay in business! We were the only guests. I do hope this hotel can sustain itself through COVID and post COVID.

This is not a hotel, it's much more. It's one of the most beautiful places I ever stayed and a true architectural jewel. Every single detail is perfect and you can feel the passion that Mr. Enrique has put into this project. Hassan has been an excellent host, if you stay at Cote Sud ask him to tell you about the story of this place, you will enjoy it even more. The pool is beautiful and the rooms are perfect and cozy. Every room has a private roof terrace with a wonderful view. I highly recommend this place, it has definitely been one of the highlights of the whole Morocco trip.

Everything was perfect, I don't have anything negative to add. If you go to Ouarzazate just make sure you spend at least one night in this wonderful place.

Fantastic hotel, extremely nice staff, big, comfortable rooms.

Location a bit difficult to access at night, off-road trail shared with another hotel, you may need a good car to get there.

Aesthetically pleasing! Private terrace for sunbathing and stargazing.

Breakfast could be better. Having sun lounges in private terraces could be nice.

Simple but elegant accommodation. Very peaceful and clean. I loved the private court yard and own roof terrace.

It would of been good to have sun loungers on the roof terrace.

Beautiful and quiet hotel. Very clean and kind staff. Dinner is amazing. Recommended stay if you are visiting Ait Ben Haddou.
