Location was perfect. Good value

Shower needs work, shower head shot water out and water on the floor. We had to makeshift a wall of towels. Fridge had a smell, needs cleaned and aired out everyday. The breakfast was very slim and very disappointing. Only toast if you don’t like gravy and you don’t have an option like eggs. Usually there bagels and English muffins offered. However, this time it was just slices of bread that did not appear to be fresh. It was just very disappointing because we do spend good money to stay here and one of the perks is a complimentary breakfast. However, we went out for breakfast because my husband does not like gravy, and a sausage that was offered did not look well cooked. This breakfast needs help.

Everything. This property's Check-In staffer (Paul) should have his pay doubled. We called to request permission to arrive a day earlier (due to our hotel being overbooked in Memphis and we could not be accommodated there) and he was able to manage the extra night's stay (Friday evening). The town of Florence was not an easy place to find but through several phone calls w/Paul we managed to drive directly to the property and it was worth it. This property has been newly renovated, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Within walking distance, we dined at Berry's which serves the best Catfish I've ever had. Can't say enough good things about my experience at this property.

Bed was comfortable; The place was quiet, Breakfast was outstanding-biscuits and gravy with sausages was awesome, even had fresh-not over ripe-bananas.

Unfortunately I almost slipped in the bathtub when taking a shower before bed. There was no mat there, and the surface was as slippery as wet glass.

We liked the spacious room, large fridge, and how clean the room was. Bathroom had a lot of space, too. The breakfast was interesting. Prepackaged Jimmy Dean sausage croissants, prepackaged fruit cups, and yogurt cups. Better than some places we've been to recently but more choices would have been nice!

Only complaint was that the room next door had their TV on, very loudly, until 1am, and we could hear it pretty clearly.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed and good A/C. The overall look was, perhaps, a step above most Highway hotels -doors are in the interion in the building, large reception area and decent surrounds. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

The breakfast was a bit of a let-down. We had expected rather more. No waffle maker, no fruit and little in the way of variety. As the old school report says - Could do better. Otherwise the hotel ticks all the right boxes.

The room was clean and nicely appointed. We were weary travelers, and it fit the bill just fine. Also enjoyed being able to walk to a great dinner next door!

The breakfast was our biggest disappointment. Apparently, the coffee machine was broken. Yikes! My husband didn't find anything that piqued his interest.

The price was decent, and the check-in and out process was simple. The breakfast was a good selection.

The bed was too stiff and the pillows too soft. When I was eating my breakfast I found a couple of short black hairs in my food. It was off-putting.

It is clean and the staff was nice. Location was perfect for my needs.49 has been under construction for 30 years, so it's nice there is a back exit that lets you put at the light in case you need to go left.

When I booked it did not mention that the gym area would be closed. The breakfast was extremely lack luster. Not much offered. I wish small pets could be allowed for a fee.

Very clean hotel. It even smells clean when you walk through the doors. Bed was comfortable. Air worked great. The lady at check out was the sweetest person.

The gentleman who checked us in and also whom worked the next evening was not friendly at all. I seen him laughing and carrying on with other guest but both days me and my husband tried communicating with him he was very unwelcoming and acted like we were an inconvenience.

easy access from the high way

it’s run down, needs updating. the Carpet is frayed along the elevator opening. first and second floors had plastic sheeting blocking the hallways. there were hairs in the bathtub and on the floor in our room. there were odd noises from the hallway
