The staff were super friendly and did an absolutely fantastic job of accommodating a special request which made our stay extra special!! The beds were SO comfy and shower was great. Room was clean and well equipped with a table and kitchenette with the necessary crockery (plates, glasses etc). For the absolute BARGAIN price we paid, can’t really fault the property. Property is close to Metro and buses making it very easy to get into central Paris. There’s also a supermarket like 2 mins away which was incredibly convenient.

The area is kinda quiet so we couldn’t really do too much near the hotel but not a problem since it’s pretty easy to travel into busier places.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We arrived late so the doors were closed for security reasons but it was not an issue as someone is always available at the desk. The facility is a bit on the older side but everything is functional. Breakfast is not gargantuan the way it can be in places that pride themselves on offering a full Continental breakfast but if you have a reasonable appetite it is sufficient enough. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Nothing fancy but again, this is not the place to go if you are looking for fancy. The location is central in Maisons-Alfort, with a Casino store around the corner and a nice neighborhood bar across the street for people looking to unwind after a flight (what we did!). All in all, this place is a good option for a stay in the suburbs, close enough to Paris and with reasonable prices.

Location was great, they evidently saves energy. It is close to a Metro station for about a few minute walk and is close to a supermarket and a bunch more other stores.

Location close to metro station and several buses. Supermarket and boulangerie very close as well. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable. We had everything we needed for making breakfast, having a quick meal, etc. The price was perfect considering Paris is very expensive, we wouldn't be able to afford the trip if we didn't find this hotel so we're very happy.

One of the 4 nights there was no warm water in the shower, maybe because we used it in the morning..

The room was clean, with a view of the main street. It had a kitchen counter equipped with essential appliances and a microwave for convenient meal preparation.

The location is somewhat removed from the main area; however, it remains conveniently close to the metro station—just a brief 4-5 minute walk away—so accessibility is not an issue.

Cleanliness was very important to me, and it was super clean! Bed sheets, bathroom, towels, the whole place was immaculate! Also has a small kitchen area with all the tools and utensils you'd need (plus an electric stove and an actual fridge, not a minibar). Good location, very close to a supermarket and the metro station. Very nice staff, always ready to help. It's obviously not luxury, but it's clean and decent and has everything you actually need.

The bed was kind of small but just enough for a single person. Also, it does take you a while to get to the city center so it's not very practical if you're planning on going back and forth several times a day, but the metro station is just a 3min walk from the hotel.

Although a bit outdated, this aparthotel provides very good value for money. Only 4 minutes walk to nearest metro station (40-45 min. to central Paris) and only 1 minute from large Casino (brand) supermarket. Kitchenette was reasonably equipped. Keep in mind that only one weekly cleaning is provided, if you stay at least 8 nights. For me it was enough.

As mentioned, it's not neither new nor fancy, but solid good budget option. Was allowed to check in early without extra fee (but it was supposed to be extra 20 euros). Free wifi, however, wasn't working very well.

The room was very clean, the kitchen area was equipped with a stove, microwave, frying pan, pot, dishes and cutlery. 3.The bathroom was small but comfortable and clean, good shower - no drainage problems, good pressure. 4. Pleasant neighborhood, close to the metro.

The room was too warm during the night, because the heating couldn't be switched off. There were few outlets, they were already in use and were at inconvenient places.
