the place was amazing with incredible views and very stylish! it was a great stay

we had the cleaners come into our room to clean and they threw out a bag that we had of souvenirs and some food we bought from the grocery store. they just must’ve thought it was rubbish as it was in a black plastic bag so just be careful with your belongings!!

The pictures depicted on the website are obviously somewhat old, but still represent what you get. Having the private pool is amazing. There were some minor maintenance things that could be easily fixed; so a little more attention to detail is required of the hosts. We had breakfast included each day, and whilst it wasn't a full buffet or anything, we found that what was provided was sufficient. If you're looking for a stay near Ubud then the villa's are amazing, not more than 5-10 minutes by scooter. All in all our stay was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Villa's are located in an area where you feel immersed in Bali and its culture, which is what we wanted. Yet. they are still very close to Ubud central so not out of reach.

Just for the hosts to fix the minor maintenance issues throughout the villa itself, and perhaps pay a little more attention to cleaning.

There was a construction site near the property and the workers were viewing the private pool, so it wasn’t that private.

The villa was very clean, and matched the pictures online. The pool looked clean, bathroom clean as well. The room was cleaned every day and they also supplied us with bottled water and fresh towels. The environment was also nice and quiet. It is surrounded by rice fields. A walk down the street was nice to admire the fields. The location was good if you want to do activities in/around Ubud. With car around 15-20 minutes from Ubud city centre. So if you don't like the crowdedness of Ubud but still want to see it and do activities in/around Ubud, this is the place to stay. There was a laundry service at about 5 minutes walking distance down the street. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite.

There were some small stray cats sitting on the outside sofa. I noticed that the staff cleaned the pillows of the sofa during room service, so that was fixed.

The pool was awesome! The people were all nice. There were no mosquitos inside of the hotel and even outside we didnt got attacked. (We just saw some mosquitos in the evening, but only when it was raining before. If you see them in the evening, just go inside and you are safe. :) ) If you want to, they clean the room for you every day. They also have dinner and other services. They even served vegan breakfast for my wife and me. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect to explore ubud and everything important around. They even make guided tours around there, which are totally worth the costs. :) It is far enough away from the stressful city, but not too far away. So you wont feel lost there. The hotel can also drop you around nearby places very spontaneaously, if you kindly ask them. The hotel is also close enough to the city, so that you are able to order a food delivery, too. All in all, it was the perfect place to live. 😊

Lovely villa, lots of space to yourself, open and clean. Nice outdoor space with a kitchen and a fairly sized pool. Accommodating and friendly staff. Nice breakfast, which maybe gets slightly repetitive if you have a long stay but it’s not an issue.

The kitchen didn’t have much cutlery/equipment.

Very nice private pool villa. The staff was very good. In-house catering is good. Peaceful and isolated location.If u want peace and silence, this is the place. The room size was good.Pool and patio area were generous. The washroom was clean. They have a facility of free shuttle drop off to ubud centre. Plus bike on rent facility is available.

Nice peaceful location just 15 min drive from the center. Very nice high ceilings and beautiful swimming pool with a shower connecting directly to outside.

Considering other places need some improvement on the quality of the breakfast and to fix the shower a bit uncomfortable the system in place.

Everything was really nice. Very clean and quiet. Very spacious. Definitely was a nice place for the price.

Plumbing wasn't working at night time and no one told us, so we had no running water to flush or wash our hands when we went to the bathroom at night. Floor plan in the shower and bath are off a bit because the water from the shower doesn't drain and it goes to the other side of the bath tub which flooded that area. Location was not particularly nice, it was surround by rice fields but our villa was next to another construction site so there wasn't much of a view. The road to the villa was very narrow and the sign to the villa was not easy to spot out so one of our driver missed the turn.
