Everything about our stay was top notch! The service and food was the best I’ve had at an all inclusive. Rosa was our server each day at Olio and took extra special care of our group. The team of chefs up there made us our own special ceviche each day and treated us like kings. My butlers Hector and Carlos were fantastic as well. Will definitely be back here.

That I had to leave.

This hotel is amazing if you’re looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and romantic experience. The facilities are gorgeous and spacious, the design and decoration reminds you that you’re in a luxurious hotel in every corner. The staff is super friendly, they upgraded our room to a junior suite without extra cost, we even had a butler assigned which you can reach on WhatsApp for anything you need. We asked for an early check in due to our flight arrival and they managed have the room the moment we finished the check in. Also on the checkout day they still let you use the facilities (including restaurants) up until 5 PM. They have like 5 or 6 restaurants, each one with different themes, and every dish was in a gourmet style with high attention to detail. The beach was also great but I assume that’s the case for most of the hotels located in the Hotel zone of Cancun. It was a great experience overall, would definitely consider going back if we decide to visit Cancun again. Special shout out to Gustavo from Olio, and Aleman our butler.

If you’re looking for party this is not the right place, they do have a dance floor with a DJ every night but it mostly plays outdated music, and most of the people are elder. But in our case we just wanted to relax so it was perfect. The only “annoying” moment was when they try to sell you their Hyatt membership, which don’t get me wrong is a great deal if you’re planning on traveling a lot in the future, but it took us like 2 hours. As a reward they give you 200 USD coupons which you can use to pay for anything “extra” in the hotel, even in their souvenir store.

The facilities in general were ok

It seems they need to be remodeled or have the rooms in a better shape. I guess it was too pricey for what it was received. The food could have been better, at least the dessert table could have been better. The buffet was always the same. There could have been a better Mexican experience. It was to much US oriented activities the whole time.

excellent location lots of restaurants bars, and pools. very clean friendly staff and food was generally good although I was not that impressed with the olio restaurant the Greek salad was pour with canned olives and not really a Greek salad. The octopus and other dishes that they offer were good the Italian restaurant was excellent. However, if you want a good table you have to pay over $100 more for a bottle of wine. The Blue Water steak restaurant was very good and I would recommend it.

The upgrade to club level was not necessary for us, and the additional money would’ve been better spent on souvenirs. Additionally, the exclusive pool at the club level was not that comfortable and had an error of smugness. finally, do not count on the ATM machine for cash. It was poorly serviced never had cash and it became a real ordeal to get extra cash. I would recommend you bring twice as much cash as you think you need because it is a burden to get cash the hotel does not cooperate and the ATM service is poor.

Breakfast excellent, lunch in Market Cafe excellent also, food in other outlets could be variable. We liked our room, very spacious and comfortable bed. Did the wine tastings on most days, the Mexican wine tasting on Fridays not to be missed. The staff on the whole are all excellent.

Some of the food outlets like Dragons and Nebbiolo could be a bit variable. Vietnamese food in Dragons quite poor, more herbs in the rolls and veg in the Vegan pho(we're not Vegan). Nebbiolo seafood dish could do with some carbs instead of the single thin slice of garlic bread, malanzane and the mussels excellent. New chef at sea salt producing some excellent dishes. Olio pretty good too. Bluewater can be great when you get all your sides hot.

The breakfast at the main restaurant is a fantastic buffet. I was looking forward to it every morning. The Food is good in general, plenty of restaurants to choose from. The Mexican food restaurant was great, it is not spicy because most of the clients would light up but you can ask for a hot sauce if you like. The Suite was spacious and very well conceived, the bathrooms pleasant and comfortable. Plenty of animations and live events. Lots of variations in Menus. The staff was pretty awesome everywhere.

People can be drunk and noisy in the halls of the hotel, that can alter substantially the quality of sleep. Our mattress wasn't so great. In fact it felt far too soft in one specific spot and that had a bad impact on my back but I don't believe that the other rooms have the same issue. Nevertheless, I found the mattress it too soft in general. There is a smell or "perfume" in the lobby that really wasn't to our liking, I wish they choose an other one. I understand why, but some restaurants have a dress code. I couldn't try too of them just because I didn't have trousers. The hotel tried to help me get some but they couldn't find something that worked.

The quality of the food and restaurants are very good. The food exceeded my expectations. Very few restaurants had any wait time.

I paid extra for an ocean view. Not ocean front, but still a view. There was not one place inside our room where you could see the ocean. We had a suite with a large balcony that wrapped around the whole end of the building towards to lagoon. Could only see the ocean from certain spots on the balcony. Most rooms have glimpses of the ocean but not the large suites. They are on the back of the hotel.

we loved everything and enjoyed every minute! I already recommend to all my friends to stay in Secrets The Vine in Cancun. - the beach was perfect - the staff were amazing and super friendly - food awesome! - room was very spacious and with a fantastic view.

The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, helpful, and made the stay great. Stunning views from the room and a great atmosphere. The balcony was gorgeous and spacious. Very very clean. Onsite doctor for emergencies which is really helpful. Onsite restaurants were lovely.

The buffet ice beds could have been cooler to make some of the food more cold or put behind a refrigerated door. However, this was common in most of the 5 star resorts in Mexico. I just found it unusual as an Australian whose country has very strict food laws and regulations.

Great staff, very nice coffee bar and live music. Our room was being cleaned 2 times a day. I loved that the hotel had a private beach.

Dress code for some of restaurants. Because I want to be free on vacation. Italian restaurant food and service was disappointing.
