They dont show any pictures with beach umbrellas or chairs so we brought our own . They don't assist with Valet luggage that was most disappointing. Pool and beach were amazing. They should send servers to the beach to ask for drink servers. When you book in 3rd party website they dont tell you the Bungalows are adults only . I booked a bungalow for my wife and son. It let me book it then I called and they wouldnt refund my money I paid $30 more for the Bungalow thru bookings .com

Front Desk staff very friendly & helpful. Couldn't have done any more for us. Housekeeping ladies also very friendly and helpful, and room was immaculate when we arrived. Rooms are very spacious & well equipped, would definitely stay again!

Coffee shop staff not the friendliest, felt like lady was doing me a favour to serve me! Also, no info on food options available, and when I asked what was available, got a mumbled response. Promote what you have, get a board up & boost your sales! Paying for Parking! It's part of the hotel complex! Maybe just a US thing, but in Europe, if a Hotel has a car park you don't pay for parking, it's part of your stay! only if you use an off-site car park do you pay!

We loved the beach and having the bar/restaurant right there next to the beach. The pool area was also very nice!

The staff would close the pool and make everyone leave by a little after 7pm, they would also take all the chairs and umbrellas from the beach around that time even though sunset wasn't until 8:40pm.

We ate breakfast both mornings there. Service was great and food was very good. 1st room had issues with the shower door and electric outlet in the bathroom. We were moved and upgraded to a room with a partial beach view.

We booked assuming the rooms were on the beach. I will call the hotel directly next time to verify. We were booked into Rooms with a street view. The beach was across the street. Not happy about that or the price.

The location is perfect. Easy beach access and close to market. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and courteous and assisted with an early checkin without even us requesting for it !

The attached balcony with our room was very small. There was hardly standing space. The bikes that the hotel provided were a little old and worn out.

Great location! Beach was beautiful! Staff was friendly . The food was very good.

Outdoor bar area had a funky smell. Like a dumpster. I noticed people that were not guests using the beach chairs. There is public beach access so there should be more staff checking that. Guests are paying a resort fee so they should be guaranteed a beach chair and umbrella. It’s a shame the bar in the lobby isn’t open during the evening. It would be nice to have a drink there or even dinner.

We arrived at 12:00. Our room would not be ready til 4:00. No worries, for 10 bucks the valet Leo took good care of our luggage. We were able to sit on the beach in lounge chairs. And we went to have lunch at the bar . Especially enjoyed the fried mahi-mahi fish and chips! We are planning on returning real soon!

Breakfast was excellent. The portions and price was reasonable.

Could have had coffee machines in the room. After noon had to walk 2 blocks to Dunkin to get a cup of coffee. Ridiculous! Your cable TV company is terrible. TV was off more than it was on.

This was our second visit to Plunge. The hotel if very nice...Clean, comfortable, friendly, convenient. Backflip has the best cheeseburger in town. I spent many vacations in LBTS with my family when I was a kid and I thinks it's a great family friendly location for my kids.

There was no indication that there would be extra charges this year. We had to pay for parking and extra beach chairs. Only two chairs per room and there were four of us. There is a daily "resort fee" but these charges were on top of that. I would rather see one inclusive fee than being surprised at every turn for amenities.

It’s our 4th year returning- we love everything about it!

Nothing- other than we couldn’t stay longer!!
