The resort quite big located near to the famous nightlife Seremban lake, active after the dark. Many famous local folks staying here including the elite family, some of them .. spacious swimming pool and room. I saw many Singaporean came to stay and some big name hoteliers like the Marriott having their meeting and stay here. I see a lot of potential can be done here. Need investors.

It is quite sad to say that, the hotel a bit run down now, without proper maintenance and management. The paint, housekeeping, car park system, mold here and there at the toilet 🚪 door and even the electronic door system run out of battery, we can't open the door. It's quite troublesome for the far located rooms especially near the swimming pool area. Nevertheless, we enjoyed staying at this memorable hotel, and perhaps, we wish, some rich guy will donate and put a fund to manage this hotel and make it great again. Many potential things can be done. They need new investors like IHG , Far East Hospitality company etc to invest and make more money 💰 and reproduce back to the locals , for events, functions, wedding etc.

The location to Hospital Tunku Jaafar abt 11 minutes drive. The location was quite serene and lovely surroundings with big trees and view of hills in the far. The breakfast surprisingly was quite good eventhough limited choices. The dimsum was very good but the steamer wasn't functioning well, hence it was quite cold. But it still very nice.

The hotel from outside seemed a bit rundown. However there seemed some upgrades had been done in the room such as cabinets ie table & cupboard. The bathroom might need some deep cleansing.

The room was spacious. Bed was good, and ofcourse the blanket. Toilet spacious too, the best feeling with large mirror. The room got refrigerator, easy to keep chill drinks. More important, the room got iron and iron board. Pool was nice, that time was public holiday, so got a lot of peoples use the pool.

The reception. Very slow, got 4/5 receptionist there, but only 2 were serving the customers. Thought booking will be more faster to check in, but 'hampeh'.

I left my wallet containing cash and cards, drove back to hotel to inform front office, with their helps I got back my wallet. Klana Resort has honest and staff of good integrity, characters from the house keeping to concierge to front office, all possess characters and good standing, thank you very much

the hot water took a long time to warmed up and does not get hot

My normal booking room without or not including breakfast. I want to suggest if regular customers stay at same hotel why don’t upgrade the room including breakfast.

So far i’m not facing any issue with the service or else. For me all good and keep that good service always 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nothing much to say. Only enjoyed the room space

FnB staff's attitude. Extremely bad. They should understand that we are paying guests not sheltered refugees. They should go for customer service training regularly so that they know how to treat guests. It's not about money, it's a basic common sense.

The staffs are friendly and easily to get in touch with. Very cooperative and kind.

The bathroom is spacious, however there is absent of the air ventilation in the toilet. Make us felt a bit uncomfortable with the smell after using the toilet.

The view is relaxing and peaceful. Can make a call for room service oder the food. So u can relax and chill at your room.

Far from loby & Cafe if u chose the room near the pool. No elevator has to claim up the high stairs to go the coffee house.The menu not variety.The staff not friendly.Late reply for room service

Spacious room with lots of storage space. Bathroom was also large with lots of counter space for your belongings Checked in late at night so did not get to explore the facilities. There's a large swimming pool. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by a park Quick check-in over the counter; friendly staff. Managed to get interconnecting rooms on a higher floor Live band in the lobby

The resort seems to be a little old, facade needs an uplift

Grocery shop available for snack. Lounge cafe provide reasonable price set lunch. Clean room and nice built in furniture. Concierge uncle very friendly.

Toilet floor alot of stains. Lobby no enough seat. Trainee at reception unable to check in properly and even try to offer me other type of downgrade room.
