We enjoyed so much our stay at the hotel, didn't want to leave! The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable with high quality bedding, nice beds and other furniture, very clean and functional bathroom. We went to the pool just once, but really enjoyed all the amenities there; the water was clean and good temperature; the water slide was fun and the hot tub was great. There were bathrobes in the room that we wore to go to the pool, and there were towels in the pool hall which was very handy. They serve a great breakfast with a lot of healthy choices. Our dog also enjoyed the stay; there was a patch of grass just beside the hotel, which was super comfortable for the dog.

No major issue. The only thing that we were probably annoyed about was the fact that there was only one elevator for guests, and it was always busy. We used stairs in most cases, so it was fine. We haven't had a chance to go to the spa as there was a civic holiday when we were staying at the hotel, so maybe consider that if you are planning some spa procedures during your visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast provided was adequate and the dinning area was clean and tidy.

The bath tub did not have safety bars and the tub plug did not work. There was no complimentary water provided as stated on the information provided after booking.

We loved the water slide and pool area though it was a bit dark. The breakfast was excellent with good variety of both hot and cold items. The room was comfortable and well appointed. All staff that I interacted with were very friendly and efficient.

Very small details: the pool are was a bit dark for our liking. When we arrived at breakfast, the staff member was attending to something else so things ran out. As soon as she was back, she replaced the items and it was all good, but for a period of maybe 10 minutes the pancake maker and the potatoes were out and there was no one to ask for more. Also it is worth noting that if you have more than 2 devices that you want to connect to wifi, you need to let the front desk know at check in…I needed to call the front desk and they increased the limit of my devices, but I then had to reconnect 2 kids iPads after they were already playing games.

The breakfast was great, the beds comfy, the rooms are modern.

The view wasn't the greatest, there was only 1 roll of tp in the room, but the front desk staff are great for getting the little dilemmas sorted. Didn't get a chance to use the pool it was always super crowded. Everything else was pretty decent.

The room itself was amazing. The bed was the best I have ever slept in, the pillows were also terrific. I will stay again just for the restful sleep, the best nights sleep I can remember.

I have sensory issues and there was a little too much going on for me outside of the room. There were a lot of families having a great time so I assume the social / communal aspects of the hotel will be a bonus for them.

Location was like heaven, we just looking room around the city, visited other locations also but didn't get any as everything is booked, saw this on Google and just book it as we are sacred to loss this rooms also. On way we are not that excited as we are tired of travelling but as soon as we reach the hotel it's so calm, we saw swimming pool and get so excited to use it. And that night was so peaceful. Also we requested to check out at 12 as we are so tired of travelling and staff allowed it. This place is now in my list to stay in whenever we are in the city.

The room (108) was clean and well-appointed, steps from the pool and treadmill room. Breakfast was amazing for a complimentary hotel breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Staff acted quickly to stop kids running in the hall. Close to the freeway but no traffic noise in room. Close to multitude of stores and restaurants.

Could hear doors closing often, not the greatest when traveling with a dog. The pool was 3-4 ft, but it was good for kids. Hot tub could be larger, considering the pool was shallow for adults.

It was the basic hotel. Nothing exceptional however having a kitchenette was a great feature.

If you arrive early and want to check in, there is a $25 fee even if your room is available. It’s ready! You’re already paying for it. What is the purpose of the extra fee?

Rooms were larger than normal. Beds were very comfy and clean. Located near any necessities you would need.

The pool area could use a bit. Windows and vents are pretty rusted and grimy . Slide and hot tub are great but pool is tiny

We enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere and pool facilities. The breakfast was simple and tasty. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very spacious and had lots of amenities. It was nice having such a large room for the price!

The breakfast seating was cramped and full. Some parts of the hotel and room were not very clean.
