I had an absolutely outstanding stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering exceptional hospitality with genuine warmth and professionalism. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort I could possibly need. The location is perfect — close to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The breakfast was a highlight: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, with something to suit every taste. What impressed me most, however, was the attention to detail. Every little touch, from the immaculate cleanliness to the thoughtful amenities, showed how much the team cares about their guests’ experience. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I will gladly return again. Highly recommended to anyone who values true comfort, exceptional service, and unforgettable memories!

The room provided was of a good size and exceptionally clean. Air conditioning was provided and I was able to get the room to a comfortable temperature. My room was located in a pleasantly quiet part of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable price of the room. Service at reception was polite and efficient.

The television was a nightmare to operate. I managed to receive a range of channels but it took considerable time and effort. At times the shower was only luke warm. A kettle was provided but there were no sachets of coffee, tea etc. The details provided by booking.com said that a room safe was provided but this was not the case. Breakfast was provided over the road from the hotel - which was not a problem - but it opened later on a weekend than during the week, no information was provided in the hotel room to this effect.

This is great and new property I would highly recommend. Rooms are simple but very clean, and has all the needful. Reception Team is so helpful and kind, special thanks to them. Great breakfast which is included been served in the restaurant opposite to the hotel, with great variety of the options to be selected from menu, food been delicious and services outstanding.

There is nothing that we didn’t like, but for a foreigner area might look not pleasant and distant from downtown, however I would strongly suggest to don’t consider this as disadvantage as street very quiet and just 7 min to mall by taxi and 20 min to the airport, where in taxi prices via online apps are so low, like 3-4$ will get you to the mall and 10$ to the airport

Spacious rooom, all necesary appliences (aircon, hair dryer, iron), Wi-Fi working very well. Floor lenght mirror in the room. Cleaning service daily. Helpful staff, possible to communicate in English and Russian. They let us check in a bit earlier after confirmimg availbility. Breakfast at GastHaus very tasty (menu with photos for those who don't speak foreign languages), also other menu position looked well, local or German beer available. Proximity of main street with bus stops (10min walk), flee market nearby, Triumph Arch (20min walk). Independently of hotel review I recommned to check out also CasaRozBar (10 min walk)

I am not sure if there is a lift, I did not have need to ask for it, but some popele might be interested. Minor thing, no courtain in the shower, just a piece of glass on the side. When I washed my long hair first night I got bathrrom floor all wet, later I was simply more conscoious of it.

The saving grace was the apartment itself and want to give huge thanks to the cleaning staff- they were awesome each day. They provide slippers, towels, toiletries.

During my check in worked a young guy. He was at all non-talkative. Just asked cash or card for payment. Gave me a key and couldn’t even bother to say which floor the apartment is on… so had to check with luggage each floor. No info given about breakfast (thank god saw a poster with info). No info given about wifi until I asked then he managed to give me a business card with wifi info. So basically i bothered him with his duties as a receptionist. Kitchen could have salt and pepper provided.

This was my second stay at Familion ApartHotel, and overall, I was very satisfied with the conditions. The main advantage is the excellent price-to-quality ratio. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Chisinau, which is a big plus. There is a private underground parking garage with enough space for guests’ cars. It’s a small, comfortable hotel that has all the necessary amenities. Nearby, there is a partner restaurant where tasty and well-prepared breakfasts are served. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself is relatively new, with a modern renovation and a satisfying level of comfort. Comfortable beds and furniture, and no problems at check-in — everything went smoothly and pleasantly.

There are a few minor drawbacks, which didn’t spoil the stay, but should be noted. The shower cabin is not very convenient, and there is no hook or shelf for placing shower gel or toiletries. It would also be nice to open the window at night instead of using air conditioning, but there are no mosquito screens on the windows. I believe these are small issues that the hotel management can easily resolve, which would make the stay even more comfortable.

I liked the concept, spacious apartment with kitchen and kitchen supplies, washing machine. The furniture, doors are at low budget, but is ok. Maybe in the future it will be more qualitative, more comfortable pillows e.g. ) The restaurant in front of the hotel is really good, except for the few comments.

So, noisy music during breakfast - I didn't like it. During breakfast I like peace and quiet, planning my day, enjoying the meal. Waiting time for breakfast - way too long, 30-45 min, that's crazy. Also sometimes the food was a bit cold inside.

The room was spacious. The staff was helpful. They give you a bottle of water while checking in. There's also a water dispenser in the reception if someone needs water later on. The amneties were satisfactory. Smart tv woth netflix is available. The included breakfast in the restaurant opposite to the hotel was also good.

The location is not exactly very close to the city centre but can still be reached by walking. The roads connecting there was a bit dark at night and was a bit too empty, but nothing to be majorly concerned about. The room got too hot at night but could manage by switching on the AC intermittently. The sofa had some stains on it, which felt a bit dirty.

Staff is nice and helpful (no problems with check in and check out, luggage storage), very clean room and hotel, comfortable beds, hot shower every time although sometimes You have to wait a bit, warm room. Nice location especially if You want to travel around the country (Chisinau is the greatest spot for that) - around 700-800 m to the main bus station. In the room You have small fridge, kettle and glasses (don't forget to bring Your own tea or coffee). Good WiFi.

Thin walls so if You have noisy neighbours You'll feel it. The second thing is breakfast time - during weekends the bar opens at 9:00 so if You plan some longer trip it can be a problem. Breakfast is "a la carte" so You need to wait for 20-30 min. for that. It's not big (actually only the size of London Breakfast is ok) but very delicious and made from good products. Waiters nice and try to distribute the meal as fast as they can.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The food for breakfast was tasty and fresh. The service at the restaurant wasn't very quick though. The hotel itself is in a relatively nice place and the location is convenient. It's about 15 minute walk from the city centre. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioners worked well.

Even though the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, our room was overlooking a construction. Unfortunately, the builders woke up our baby. The beds were too soft for us, but probably it's a matter of one's taste. There's no lift in the building which was a bit uncomfortable in our situation, as we had to carry our stroller up and down the stair cases. But it wasn't a big issue.
