The price was reasonable and location was good, close to everything and my job. My room looked and smelled clean. Breakfast was grab and go and there’s coffee in the hallway. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Panera Bread just next door.

The key didn’t open the locked side door, but another side entrance was always unlocked (safety issue). The indoor pool and gym out of order. No place to exercise!

Room and bed was fine, pillows too soft. Breakfast was a carry out box with a bottle water, 2 snack bars and a blueberry muffin. looks like their normal continental breakfast was discontinued, may be due to Covid.

Pillows way too soft, internet had some issues 1 night.

location was good, good size room and clean

house keeping knocked on the door at 8:30 am and woke us. then knocked again an hour later. there was a bath mat in the tub and it was stained.

Our room was ready when we arrived. The staff was helpful.

The cable tv did not always function. It would be good for a moment then the picture became fuzzy and lots of discolor. Spoke to the receptionist and she was going to check it out while we were at supper. It appeared to be a break in the cable input but still did not work.

The outside. Also the male manager was not friendly , didn’t want to be bothered when asked about breakfast which was in a box.
