The beds in room 334 were the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel in awhile, mattress firmness was perfect! The included breakfast was nice, decent options to choose from.

We chose this location as we were going on a charter to NYC and leaving early and arriving back after midnight. When we got back to the hotel at 2:30 am, the front door was locked, the phone and key reader were inactive, no sign on the door and no staff to be seen. It was freezing and our hands were full. We walked around and were able to get in a side door. There were waffle makers on the counter at breakfast but covered over with towels/ not being offered, I love making fresh Belgium waffles when we travel, so was disappointed.

I really liked the way the hotel looked and the fact that there is a mall next to the hotel with a giant parking lot which was good for us. We also liked that the pool and gym are big and that we didn't have to walk too far to reach a supermarket.

I could have been better is maybe cleaning the mattress because i did find some hair on it and to add more food and drink options to the breakfast menu because when staying for up to a week or two, then you wouldn't have that big of an option to eat and drink from.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I only used 1 pillow, it was perfect. Could use one of those at my house. I will stay again.

The USB plug on the clock would not charge my phone. (I forgot my wall plug) Also, the clock was disgusting. It was very sticky. Pretty gross. Maybe the USB plug was dirty, and that could've been why the phone wouldn't charge. And the refrigerator was loud. It ran almost constantly.

Clean, friendly, good staff, breakfast was good, location and parking great.

Everything was great with two exceptions. 1 climate control in the room was mostly cold and then occasionally very hot! Could not control the temperature or the fan - very loud when on. The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were extremely soft. Should be replaced.

We thought the breakfast was very good. Lots of choices to choose from. More than I expected. The room was nice and clean. All employees were very pleasant and helpful.

My only complaint and it was a big thing for me. As much as the breakfast was so inviting, unfortunately when I saw the woman who was manning the breakfast push the rubbish in the rubbish barrel down with her gloved hands and then proceed to restock the coffee cups and lids with the same gloved hands that just touched the rubbish, just turned me right off. I went down the next day and I have to say I just observed the two women working. Nice as can be. But, they need to have some training on food safety. Cross contamination etc. etc. You stress your cleanliness. That needs to extend to the food also. It put a damper on a really nice hotel stay.

Locations convenient highways and stores.

housekeeping was every other day I was never made aware of this. Had to call each night to get clean towels. No outlets in room. I needed outlets for my cpap machine, computer ect.

Breakfast was great. A lot to choose from, hot and cold. Location, very clean and staff are great.

No digital keys like other Hamptons. Could only go in and out the front entrance (key cards didn't open any side doors to easily access stairs to be closer to ends of hotel to get to rooms.

Coffee was delicious..Rutland has some very shady places but felt safe here as they do not allow the rift raft to stay

The price was high for just a basic room

The Breakfast was great, something for everyone!! The room was comfortable, the first place we have stayed around Rutland where the beds were actually comfortable. Will diffently stay here again!!! The staff was also great and very helpful!!

The hallway was a little noisey when the kids were running back and forth and a few times there was a dog that was barking, but other than that it was a great stay!

I came for a wedding weekend to Rutland. The hotel has a super friendly staff. The lady in the dining room, can't remember her name, I think it may have been Karin, was exceptional. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Enjoyed my stay and have no regrets for booking this hotel.
