Excellent and very friendly staff. Everyone. Always willing to assist. Very large room which can be hard to find at times in Italy. Very clean in most areas. Did not do breakfast but was up early one morning and took note of their personalized set up arranged accordingly depending upon guest. Impressive!

Coffee maker and heat / air conditioner challenging for this American where there are no instructions. Heater worked first night then needed assistance next day...and needed help with making cafe too. In-room safe was broken but replaced within minutes. Some mold noticed in bedroom ceiling corner but no mildew odor noted. HOWEVER despite these few things I'd go back.

It was located in a very good position. There was a living room with a single bed and another room with a main bed. The hotel has a casual vibe which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast looked sensational (though we didn't have access to it due to limited seating).

There is a tv plug in the main bedroom, but sadly no TV. The kettle was unusable (dirty). And it was unfortunate to see no fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool.

Very nice little hotel with a great location, very clean and comfortable. I stayed there twice and both times enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are very spacious and cozy and the beds are extra large, I think the largest ones I have ever slept in, - which felt absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was not included but can be ordered for a small fee at the reception a day before so it was not a problem, and the breakfast was great. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful, helped me to return my AirPods that I forgot in a taxi as well as with some other things and literally made my trip to Bari unforgettable!

We had a really large room with the patio, very comfortable bed and overall very comfortable room and hotel. The staff was over the top wonderful. The owner, a very interesting man, was delightful. Breakfast was such a treat, we loved it so much that we ordered the same one every day. I would not miss out on the delicious and aesthetically presented breakfast. From the art on the walls, to the music, everything was carefully attended to. We would love to stay there again! We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the whole experience.

We liked everything. It was also a perfect location, could walk to everything and yet us was quiet.

It's a small boutique hotel located in walking distance to the train and the old-time center of Bari. We have a very large private terrace, and they have a lovely sitting area for their guests in front of the hotel. We purchased sweets in the evenings and enjoyed them there along with the cappuccino from the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel definitely fit all of our needs and we will stay there again when we return to Bari.

Bottles of wine available at the hotel were pricey, but we were happy that they were available.

The hotel has a very central location, you can reach all key tourist attractions in 15 minutes walk. We liked the design and the colours, and the sustainable approach the hotel represents. The room was clean, and quiet. The reception is open 24 hours, and the entire staff were super polite and helpful, and the breakfast was simply amazing. Parking option is available for a 20 EUR charge/day in a garage 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

Palestine room is amazing, just like the real Palestine.

The hotel was an old building converted nicely into a hotel. Our room was very spacious and we had access to two balconies. One was extremely beautiful with plants and it was interior facing. We had our water bottles filled up and water supply was free. Great initiative to stop use of plastic bottles.

Only minor issue we had was with shower pressure. Our room was on the top floor though.

Room - didn't manage to regulate the room temperature so felt a bit cold and there are no carpets to make the room cosy; plants in room were not happy and kept losing leaves; too many tiny lights at night so couldn't have complete darkness (lights from ACs, smoke detector, electricity panel near door); noisy fridge View - looked out on what looked like a building site

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to have someone at reception at all times. Modern design and very easy to get around Bari by foot.

The chairs in the room were not very comfortable to sit in (allover metal grid pattern) so we just spent more time relaxing in the common areas. It might have been nice to have had lounge chairs like the ones in the website pictures. We fully support the anti-plastic policy but perhaps a practical solution could be found for the disposing of wet garbage in the room (used tea leaves, espresso grounds, etc.)?
