The breakfast was great and what pleasantly surprised me was the attention to detail and care that the breakfast room staff displayed with quickly re-stocking food that was getting low and keeping the breakfast room clean after each guest left. That's rare these days. Check-in staff/man was very pleasant.

The only thing I didn't like was our key cards both stopped working so we couldn't get into our room or the outside side door that led from the parking lot to the hotel. My card stopped working on day #2 but my friend's card finally worked after about 7 minutes of trying. When we finally got in the hotel, I went to reception to fix the card issue, but no one was there so I left. We were checking out in the morning so not a huge issue. I know this happens with key cards sometimes at other hotels as well, but it's quite annoying.

All staff were wonderful. Stayed 5 nights and everyday they were cheerful, helpful and kind. The breakfast was well stocked and the attendant was on the ball to clean and stock. The staff accommodated my requests immediately and cheerfully. Room was comfy and clean.

Very, very, disappointed the pool and/or Hot tub was not working. Had a room by freeway, noise was pretty loud but air-conditioning helped drown out noise. Again, very disappointed about pool and especially the Hot tub not working.

I enjoyed that they served breakfast. The hotel was good for the price and they had free parking. Cleaning ladies were very nice!

The washing machine was out of order during our stay so we had to go to a laundry mat. The breakfast was pretty minimal, so don’t bank on that filling you up or eating that every morning if you are staying for more than a few days.

It’s in a good location. In between everything around Denver, Colorado. The hotel was clean the staff was great!

I didn’t mind that there was a $150.00 deposit. I get it most hotels do that. I do wish that you guys put that in your description though. You do get it back after they inspect your room to make sure there was no damages done after check out. Other than that. The hotel was great and would definitely recommend to friends and family. I would also come back and stay here again!

Pretty much everything was good, I'm in town for doing outdoor things, so it's a good place to keep my stuff safe while I'm out, quite enough even though it's by the highway. Standard breakfast, big spread.

Only reason it wasn't a 10 for deal and facility, is no fitness room, back home my condo has a fitness room, gotta start the day with a mini workout to get things moving, but that's a small thing that's not make or break especially if you're not into the daily workout!

We stayed for almost a week and the complimentary daily breakfast was a huge money saver. Decent selection of various foods and really good coffee. Will be staying here again for all future Denver visits.

We had a really good stay and for the price we paid I can not think of anything that could have been better. The place is clean, quiet, and the staff is very nice.

Your hotel room was nice

The staff at the entrance were not helpful at all. The lack of a toilet at the entrance is a huge shortcoming. On the morning of July 7th, the staff at the entrance had no smiles on their faces, they were not helpful at all, it was as if they were telling us to leave and go as quickly as possible.

I mainly picked this hotel because of the location. I needed som place to crash after a later flight and before a day of driving further West. I needed something that was near the airport without having the airport adjacent pricing. The price was very reasonable and the free breakfast was a bonus.

The only real issue that I had was with the breakfast. I have a food allergy, and there was no way to find out if any of the items contained the item that I am allergic to. Of course, I am used to places not necessarily being able to accommodate my allergy, so I had a backup option. Plus I did not pick this hotel because of the breakfast. The other two members of my family were able to enjoy the breakfast, which was totally acceptable for me.

The breakfast was simple but as advertised. We really enjoyed it. It was continually properly stocked and very clean. The staff member in charge of the breakfast area deserves special credit.

Elevator out of service was the only thing from a perfect stay.

Breakfast had options for my husband, limited for me (gluten free). But the coffee was always great.

Clearly state on booking that the pool is closed. It seems to be decommissioned. It was adverstised Booking, which influenced us to get the room, but it wasn't the entire reason of our stay.
