The desk clerk that checked me out was very pleasant. I really liked the counter space in the bathroom. The shower was good and strong, and hot enough. I loved the way the room was painted and decorated. Breakfast was good for a fast grab, and the breakfast area was very clean and comfortable to eat and relax. I love the choice of tile in the hallway and lobby. My room was quiet for sleep and relaxation. Overall, it was a great stay for an unexpected situation.

The desk clerk that checked me in was kind of abrupt and not friendly. I had a rough day and was staying there because my car broke down and couldn't be fixed until the next day. I may have just been overly sensitive. Renovations were still in progress, but not disruptive for me. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows smelled like sweat from other people. The lamp and clock on one side of the bed were not connected to electricity. That may have been because of renovations going on around that room. I was only there for one night, so it was not a big deal for me. I did not like the smell of the soap. It smells like the soap in enema kits at the hospital. It does not leave a lasting fragrance, which is important. I understand it needs to be neutral.

Lots of renovations going on. It looks like a mess outside the room in the hallways. However, the room was very clean and updated. Breakfast was also really good. Very close to Auburn and many stores and restaurants. Also one exit from Buc-ee’s

Renovations are all over the place. (But room was very new and clean) Very loud people going in and out of their rooms all night with banging doors.

The property was conveniently located right off the interstate making it a great location for an overnight stop. The room was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were friendly.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment, but we were grateful for what was offered, packaged Jimmy Dean sandwiches, waffles, cereal, and packaged danishes. Also, when we turned on the water in our room for the first time, it was black when it came out of the faucet. I would guess that the room we stayed in hadn’t been used for awhile and the water had been sitting in the pipes. Once it ran for a few seconds it did clear up.

comfortable bed, nice bathroom with good soap and shampoo and conditioner dispensers that replace small bottles that create more plastic waste; liked the tv service, lots of channels, liked the fridge and microwave and coffee maker, liked the shower, lots of towels, pretty good breakfast choices, good location

not absolutely necessary, but it would have been nice to have some USB plugs by the beds, maybe a nightlight

Location was close to I85 and looked nice from the outside. Room was clean and well maintained.

The water pressure for the shower was inadequate and the breakfast was not the best. Bacon was mostly fat and the eggs were some disgusting powder mix. Most people were throwing them out. Saving grace were the waffles and some prepackaged sandwiches that we heated in the microwave.

The entire room was recently remodeled and was also very clean. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast was better than expected. Great value for money! Would stay here again.

Not a single hook in the bathroom, which might be due to the remodel being still in process!??

Our only issue was the door to our room. We couldn't get in to start because the security flap thing was flipped. Then the key didn't work some of the time. We had to do it multiple times before the door would open. And it was so loud. Opening and shutting the door was extremely loud.

The location was quiet and private. The breakfast was great. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel was clean and in a good location. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and bathroom sink watercwas hot.

There is nothing I did not like.

We just stopped in to sleep for the night the room was good the staff was very nice and it was 9 out 10 in clean we got a king bed the room was big and the bed was comfortable there was something left behind from the previous people then we called the desk and they were fast to came get it. Very great stay will do again

They had some issue going on with the fire alarm flashing husband couldn't handle it with his seizures but it was only in the hallway. Least was no noise
