The flat is right in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink. Despite the central location, it’s pleasantly quiet inside. Spotlessly clean. Check-in is straightforward, even late in the evening. When you book, they offer an airport transfer – and it’s well worth taking up. Local taxi drivers charge €20–30, there are no buses, and the train from the airport runs very infrequently (and we never quite worked out where it actually goes from). We’d definitely recommend arranging the transfer – we rather wish we had.

You can occasionally hear some noise from the street. If you’re a very light sleeper, it might feel a bit loud. That said, you’d be hard pressed to find a better location for an overnight stay in the city centre. I wouldn’t recommend staying outside the centre.

I had a wonderful stay. I travelled for two nights and the room is located in a very central place near everything I wanted to see in Podgorica. It was clean and very specious and the bed comfortable. It also had a small kitchen with the basic amenities. The appartement was full of natural light and very quiet. Marko was excellent in our communication with very quick answers to my questions and he arranged for airport pick up and drop off for me. Hope to stay here in the future when I visit Podgorica.

There is no elevator and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. I personally didn’t mind at all but someone else might find it difficult

The apartment was fantastic, right in the middle of a great central location yet quiet and peaceful. The proprietor Marco was incredibly helpful, sending us detailed information about bus, train and taxi options for exploring Montenegro. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with plenty of hot water.

Just one tiny thing. We would have liked a waste bin in the apartment, rather than just the tiny bathroom bin. Although there is no elevator, Marco helped us with our luggage so that was easy.

Marco, the wonderful owner of the apartments, met us at the airport at the agreed time and took us to the apartment. The rooms themselves are located right in the center of the city, so you can find near a lot of bars and restaurants (right at the exit from the entrance - coffee shop, so in the morning you don't even have to go anywhere far for coffee) and places to walk. At the same time the room isn't noisy, it has a comfortable bed, good furnishings, there is everything you need. We're completely satisfied with the accommodation, thank you Marco!

Marko is an amazing host and a great guy. He drove me to the bus station because getting a taxi can be difficult. He was all around very friendly and so proactive in helping. The room is quaint, simple, with a modern bathroom, AC heatpump (nice for the cold nights in Podgorica in December), and is right in the centre of town. The room was spotless. The bed was massive and very comfortable, with a very soft mattress and high quality bedsheets. Thank you for everything, guys! You really made my stay.

The only thing I can possibly say here is that the room is on the 3rd floor of a building with no lift. It's hardly unmanageable, but it can be difficult if you've just walked a while to the building.

The location is amazing, right in the city center with many cafes and grocery stores right besides it. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. :) the owner is vey friendly and helpful. You can hear what’s happening in the corridor, but that wasn’t a problem. We also got to check in earlier and out an hour later, which was very sweet of them. :)

There were only 2 pieces of most utensils, so one short for 3 people, but we managed no problem. :D we didn’t ask for extra either. The shower stall could use a door, just to not have water all over bathroom floor. :)

I would like to thank you sincerely for our stay at Korzo Apartmani. We have no words to express, with what kind of amazing hospitality we met.  Beautiful, clean apartments with very good equipment. We would like to recommend it  to anyone! And now about the owner. If the hospotality industry could have an image in a person, 100% it is Marko. We have never met with such cordiality. Marko told us about the area, places worth to see. He took care of our entire stay before and after our arrival. Marko, we thank you very much for everything! Everything was PERFECT!!!

I stayed in this flat during my time in Podgorica and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, perfect for a short or longer stay. It’s located in a convenient area, with easy access to shops, cafes, and the city center. The host was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, responsive, and made me feel very welcome. Check-in was smooth, and they were always available if I had any questions. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Podgorica!

Good location. Only problem was that parking was a nightmare. Luckily there is a 24 parking garage about a 5 minute walk from the building. We never met any staff but they were very helpful and kind via messages

The shower was leaking. So after you took a shower the entire floor of the bathroom was covered in water. Also the cutlery and dishes provided were not clean. There was also a big spider on our bed after our first night there

Marko was very receptive and accommodating, especially when my plans changed and I needed to drop off my suitcase earlier than check in. The apartment was so clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. Location is excellent- right in the heart of Podgorica and not a long walk from anywhere. Instructions on access were clear and everything was very easy. Also appreciated the transfer to the airport. 100% recommend!

The only issue some people may have is the staircase - quite a challenge after being in the hot Podgorica heat! But that's beyond the apartment's control and is really no criticism - just something those less physically able will need to be aware of.
