Great location and price.

Stayed in Room 102. There was an intermittent noise of running water through the wall overnight, near the bed head. Some times noise lasted for 5 minutes. Quite annoying, but chose not to complain thru the night as what could be done. I did record the noise on my phone. I reported to receptionist when checking out next day. Before she even listened to the recording, she said, "Oh yes, that happens all the time. You need to turn off your air conditioner". I said air con. wasn't on, and it is near the entry door and bed on far side of room. Receptionist said, "But it will be from another room". Didn't make sense to me but I said, "There needs to be a notice in room re turning off air con". Receptionist said she will report it.

The location is outstanding when arriving by train. Five minute walk from Kiama station. The hotel is located a short walk to almost everything. Ten minute walk to the Blowhole, ten min to the nearest beach, ten min walk to the supermarket, quality pub meals 2 min down Bong Bong Street. Plenty of cafe's and restaurants to visit only minutes away. Great location.

Very hard mattress on the bed and only one seat in the room. Even though there is a microwave and cooktop, one member of a visiting couple can sit on a chair while the other sits on the bed. Standard I suppose but I've always found it strange.

The location was perfect for getting to most things in Kiama, and just a stones throw from the railway station. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. There is a great Kombi where you can get a coffee and snacks on the ground floor and in walking distance to plenty of other eateries as well as the ocean, the blow hole etc. Was great value for money for my 4 night stay.

The pool area lacked sufficient shade and was a little small - but was made up for by a great lounge area under shade where you could relax and read your book. Plus the ocean pool is only a 10 minute walk.

Location was fantastic & staff were great too!

Two things that I would suggest being looked into in regards to the rooms. One being putting in a proper wardrobe with a rail, 3 hooks to for hanging is definitely not sufficient especially for a stay longer than 1 night. I also didn’t like that it was open which made it look more cluttered as you enter through the door. I would also suggest putting in an hand held shower not just for obvious reasons but for any health or physical needs. My husband had a central picc line in his chest for health reasons & had to avoid getting it wet, this made it very difficult to shower.

The hotel was bright and modern and had a welcoming feel. We like the onsite cafe for morning coffees. The outdoor area was great for sitting around talking with friends and the pool looked lovely but the weather was too cold for swimming. Location was good. We had an issue with our room after checking in and it was dealt with promptly.

The rooms were very small and there aren't any wardrobes and limited storage. We were travelling with two other couples who also found it strange not to have a wardrobe.

The bed was extremely comfortable and had a lovely hot shower on each occasion. High pressure water consistent each time. Temperature in the room easily adjustable for personal comfort. The front desk staff always courteous and helpful. Whilst I didn’t sample anything from the combivan it was an added quirk which was reminiscent of my younger days . The Hotel next door perfect for a nice meal. Will definitely be back for subsequent stays. Congratulations on your excellent service all round . Angie x🌸

The checkin process was quick and efficient. We had a standard room which was minimalist and well designed, with lots of surface space and natural light. The bathroom had heaps of space for organising our toiletries. Location was excellent - just a short walk to the main street. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, as was the food truck manager. We didn't have time to use the pool though it looked lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a box of tissues in the main room.

Nice, Newly renovated. Tasteful Design. Good Value. Great location.

Compared to all other good design that has gone into this place lighting design seems to be very poor in comparison. Especially in the bedrooms and living rooms are terrible. Cool and sterile feeling and too bright. Getting advice from a lighting designer would have paid off big time. Most other aspects of the renovation seem decent. Also, it would be good to put a few hangers to hang wet towels and clothes etc. :)

The location was so perfect it was close to everything, food, beaches, tourist attraction. the bed and pillows are so clean and comfy . It had good hot shower, the whole room was very nice. Reccommended to anyone who wants to stay in Kiama. This place had awesome staff, friendly, helpful lot. The underground parking was close to the lift, was easy to get to the room and back down.

I did not have enough time, but i will be back.

Location was excellent, easy to walk to shops, clubs and foreshore, etc. Secure underground parking was very good, and key card entry to hotel room, lift and car park was excellent. New hotel so all was very modern and streamlined. Very good shower with big rainhead. Very good range of teas available in room, as well as nice coffee

Shower tended to splash over bathroom floor, lighting over hand basin was mor mood lighting rather than being effective for make-up, shaving etc. Also mirror steamed up even with exhaust fan on.
