I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Vaishwik during our recent Yatra. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist and provide information whenever needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The hotel is conveniently located, making it an ideal base for the Vaishno Devi Yatra. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended for anyone visiting Katra for the Yatra.

The lobby manager was super thoughtful and helpful. Before I arrived at the hotel, he called to confirm if everything was okay with my journey. And because I was planning to visit Vaishno Devi Temple, one location to pick up registration card is just near them hotel, he even asked the stuff to send me there and take me to the starting point of trekking. Also when I asked for laundry, they gave up my clothes much quicker Then other hotels! The manager was taking care of everything for me. Thanks to him, my stay and visit to temple was perfect.

Staff was great and very helpful. Sorry, I forgot his name, but he was above and beyond helping us out. He walked us to the place for ticket darshan, got us rickshaw. Helped us during our stay. Thank you.

The sheets were not super clean, stained. They really didn't have much option on clean sheets.

Restaurant service can be made operational atleast for tea or coffee. But its understood that hotel is new and is still putting its lega through its justifiable and reach to market is so apt that you don’t feel that a lot of restaurant not being functional

Location is just 1.1 Km from Ban Ganga. On site parking available. 24 Hrs Hot Water. Rooms are fairly spacious. Staff extremely courteous. Special mention of Pawan Sharma who was very helpful.

There is no restaurant in the hotel. However there is a kitchen which provides room service.

As they tagged as 'Affordable Luxury' in absolute true sense. A mid-range hotel with all good facilities that satisfies the inner us with great pleasure. Every penny I have spent here worth! Be it a family or solo, this will be the best choice in mid-budget trip. Temple and Bus stand is nearest to this room. Staffs are responsible and helpful. Toiletries are provided :)

Breakfast was fine. Location was great ( next to Banganga) and Katra railway station and also right opposite to the market and next to the ticket counter for the Yatra.

The bathrooms. Water in the bathrooms was not clean at all. Also, the facility needs to provide proper bathing soaps. You cannot expect a face soap which is so small for two people to use for bathing.

It was an amazing stay at your hotel . A perfect 5 star. Very good reception. Amazing quality of Food. Perfect example of customer service . Due to electricity cut water heater was not heating they supplier hot water for bathing. I had pains as I dint get confirm booking at vaishno Devi guest house but amazing hotel vaishvik gave me best time at Katra.

Staff behaviour is awesome and they treat guests like family members round the clock. Clean and well managed NEW property. Owner is so professional and polite in nature who takes extra steps to help/guide guests. We needed food for train in the morning and they did it for us..at 7am..amazing stay for family
