The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious and had a good shower, the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, right at the beginning of old town and on the pedestrian area right opposite Teatro Massimo and our car was able to drop us only a short distance away. View from the room was of the pedestrian area and the Teatro. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was provided at a nearby cafe and was not good. The restaurant staff were rude. The food was below average. We only went the first morning (food was inedible) and then didn't go back except for a coffee. Suggest the hotel should look at an alternative provider for guest breakfast.

Great location - stunning views. Very nicely designed - modern and super clean and comfortable. Restaurant one floor above our room was excellent too - relaxed fine dining with a roof terrace that would be great in summer. My room (3rd floor corner room) had three large windows and three balconies.

Nothing of any note though even with double glazing street music can be quite noisy in the evening. Suggest that those booking check exactly what facilities and views they will get as they are all good but a bit variable. A couple of small chairs for balconies would be nice in summer.

Very clean and very bright apartment. Well located in the city centre opposite the Theatre Massimo. Very comfortable large bed and big bedroom. Double glazing worked well to keep out the street noise. Breakfast in the local cafe was excellent. Good supply of bottled water and some other soft drinks. We didn't cook but it seemed fairly well equipped for light cooking. No oven. Very friendly helpful staff.

It was advertised as an apartment. Not sure that is an accurate description of what it is. There was no separate living room just a very small separate kitchen area. This meant the only comfortable place to sit on was on the bed. Breakfast wasn't as advertised on the roof top restaurant. Towels were replaced every day. While this was nice it was not necessary and not environmentally friendly. The shower screen in the bathroom did not work well. Water always leaked out on to the floor even when shower was not being used at full power.

This is an excellent serviced apartment. The location is great - it is on the edge of a pedestrian zone and directly in front of a beautiful theater. The room was spacious, very nicely modernised and decorated, highly functional, and very well equipped. The staff was extremely accomodating of our early arrival, giving us a place to store our luggage, moving our very extensive luggage into our room, and giving us early access to the room. The staff communicated with us very well about our special arrangements. The room was also pleasantly very quiet.

This is a serviced apartment, with all the benefits (larger room, more in-room facilities (including some eating facilities), better value) of a serviced apartment but with all the usual drawbacks (lack of common facilities such as a gym/breakfast room, limited staff availability).

Very central location with close access to restaurants, sights of interest whilst being easy to step back into the comfort and tranquility of the apartment when the day got too hot. Despite being centrally located, the apartments are really quiet and no problems with noise disturbances. Breakfast options were great and very relaxed overlooking the Teatro Massimo.

The staff were wonderful. They were responsive, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an excellent continental. The patio outside was an unexpected bonus.

The property is historic and there were no handrails in the steps. My wife is handicapped and it was challenging to go up the many steps to get to the rooms. In the room, the lighting was not great and there was no place to put the clothes so we had to stack them in the headboard and partly live out of the suitcase. We felt that for the price there should have been an armoire or set of drawers. The jacuzzi tub was very difficult to understand. We had to ask the staff to help and even they sprayed the wall initially.

We could not have picked a better location to explore Palermo. The property is centrally located in the heart of town, with restaurants at the doorstep, and easily accessible to public transport. It is also within walking distance to the airport bus transfer. The breakfast vouchers which could be used at the Cafe next door was nice to look forward to every morning. We also loved Doba which was the rooftop restaurant on top of the building. The food was absolutely amazing and great hospitality shown by the chef.

We understand it is a serviced apartment and not a hotel but staff could have been a little more helpful. We got told that we would get sent a list of recommendations to restaurants but never received anything.

The room (with hot tub) was extremely well appointed and spacious. The customer service was excellent It is not a hotel but they are easily contactable by phone They have a roof top restaurant too which sadly we didn’t have time to try Breakfast (vouchers) at the cafe next door is excellent Sound isolation from outside is great. Nespresso machine present.

Unfortunately the anir conditioning was extremely noisy annd ineffective and I got very little sleep on first night due to the noise and heat. Tried all setting especially Auto and despite the large amount of noise the room temp did not drop below 25.5C according to its own thermostat. Whatever the temp it stated it was too hot for me, but still far better than the 37C outside. I found reducing fan speed to 1 on cool mode achieved the same results but was much quieter and was able to sleep.

Exceptionally clean, fresh and airy modern apartments overlooking the impressive Teatro Massimo in Palermo on a pedestrian-only street. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, good showers. Mini-fridge, cooktop, utensils and plates, with espresso maker. While not in the most elegant part of Palermo, it is within easy walking distance. There are lots of moderately priced, acceptable dining options in the surrounding streets, with some restaurants delivering an above-average experience. Included breakfasts are provided across the street at a good cafe. Helpful, accommodating staff who speak and understand English ensure a comfortable stay, although they are not present 24/7. The fourth floor has a rooftop bar and restaurant with impressive views of the city. Although the piazza below can be very active in the evenings, excellent soundproofed French doors control the noise and allow for peaceful sleep. A bank ATM is a five minute walk. Friendly, helpful staff who speak and understand English.

We were traveling with friends who remarked that there was noise from the rooftop bar one or two nights above their room that went on quite late. While we were on the same floor and didn’t experience that level of annoyance, light sleepers may want to inquire about this with management. Management is not present 24/7, so consultations will need to be planned around their hours..

Nice view of the Teatro Massimo, in the centre of the old town, but (thanks to well insulated windows) quiet nights. A good breakfast is served in the café opposite. The view from the roof terrace of the restaurant in the same building is exceptional. The latter is highly recommended and offers fine Sicilian cuisine in a very friendly atmosphere. We can recommend both the hotel and the restaurant without hesitation.

The air conditioning is a bit too loud even at a low setting. Perhaps this can be improved.
