The staff was very nice and helpful my entire stay! The room was comfortable for a family of 4. I especially liked having a door to separate the two areas. The breakfast was awesome. They had a variety of breakfast items to choose from, and you could ask for your eggs and waffle to be made how you want it. Included was a reception for each night of your stay where you got 2 free beverages from the bar and some small snacks like cheese and crackers or fruit! I will definitely return.

The pool was very small, and my room had a mildew smell. The location is behind an abandoned mall, so there is no great view of anything.

I love that the hotel offered a full hot breakfast instead of the continental breakfast. The full breakfast is what persuaded me to stay here instead of somewhere else. You got have an omelet made exactly how you wanted it as well. The staff was very friendly. They seemed to be always smiling which was wonderful. The King Suite was gorgeous. I loved that I had a living area that was separate from my sleeping area. I also loved looking at the cascading waterfall fountain in the lobby because it had a calming effect. The location was awesome.

I wished there had been more options for tv watching, but it still had most of the channels I usually watch. I can't complain about anything else. The place was very welcoming. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was delicious, and the service was fantastic. The location was horrible! The price does not match the location. A room that is over $200 a night should be closer to the islands and not connected to a rundown mail. The surroundings of the mail are not appealing, attractive or inviting. The price is too high for the value you receive for staying there.

The staff and breakfast. It was conveniently located between St.Simon and Jekyll Islands.

The location. It's advertised being connected to the mall, and movie theatre and neither of the two was worth going to. The mall has one department store, 2 eateries that were actually open in the food court, and a handful of other low budget stores. The area looks like it was once thriving, but not so much now.

Loved the room. The room had two TV's which was very convenient because my daughter and I could have our own seperate space. Also, the breakfast was great with a "cook to order " like waffles or scrambled egg whites instead of the scrambled eggs that are normally offered for breakfast.

The only thing I did not like was the shower had low water pressure but it was not a deal breaker.

The location was in a great spot with plenty of convenances type stores around you in case you needed anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were well taken care of and comfortable.

Actually really didnt have any complaints on this trip. Everything was top of the line and great.

We were please with the afternoon reception, breakfast, rooms and check in process. Being able to have our pets accompany us was a must and we felt like everyone respected them and enjoyed having them around.

The fact it is attached to a run down and closed mall made me a little uncomfortable. I feel it may be an area for crime and loitering. I di see several group of vehicles hanging out in the mall parking adjacent to the hotel that looks suspicious.

The location was close to other stores (down the road) which was good but hotel was right next to an abandoned building/mall and an old movie theater. Not a warm fuzzy feeling upon entering the property. Felt a bit uncomfortable leaving my car in the parking lot overnight since the only option is to park out front and not close to the building.

The A/C needs service or upgrade. The room didn't cool well and the humidity was excessively high. On-site food options were a bit pricey.

The breakfast was awesome because it had order your own style waffles and omletes. You also had the breakfast buffett as well. I can honestly say the rooms was above what I had expected and it was next to the movie theater so my family was able to see a few new movies that came out during that weekend.

I don't know if there is anything we did not like. If there was something I didn't like or need I just asked the reception desk and they took care of it.
