The spa is wonderful. Nice restaurant with good meal offer, easy to access from Modlin airport.

Only after check out I noticed that there was promotions for guests. When I checked in I asked about promotions because they usually have something special for quests. This time spa reception was not informed that they has promotion - free spa for quests, only in second day after check out when decided to go again to spa, they ask me if I am guest, that was not really nice that staff do not know such things. After that I checked website, and yes they had this special offer for quests.

- big room with comfortable bed and a big bath and a shower - a wide choice of sauna types and other rooms - clean and big pool

- spa place gets very crowded after 6pm when it gets available to the public - the listing of the properly doesn’t explicitly explains that my 4 hour of SPA access is only for free until 6pm and then I need to pay extra, this information was only available after I made a booking.

We arrived late in the evening and stayed just one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, stylish and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline, both at night and in the morning. I really appreciated the thoughtful details, like the carafe with glasses and the option to get drinking water from the dispenser – such a nice touch of care for hydration. The air conditioning was comfortable, and both my son and I had a really good night’s sleep after a relaxing shower with the natural ingredient toiletries – their scent and quality were wonderful. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere calm. Thank you for the hospitality!

I only missed a little body cream after the shower. The entrance door had no soft closer, and when you arrive tired it’s hard to make sure it closes quietly – just a small point to improve. Parking was paid, but it gave me peace of mind knowing our car full of things was safe under the hotel’s care.

My stay at Hotel Sante in Warsaw was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help – I truly felt welcomed and cared for. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the city. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the spa center – hands down the best sauna experience I've ever had! Everything was top-notch: the atmosphere, cleanliness, facilities, and overall relaxation. If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and treat yourself, this is it. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

There is nothing to complain.

The spa is great. There is a swimming pool and two jaccuzis in the general area. And then there is a textile free area with many saunas and other wellness experiences. They follow proper sauna rules, and from time to time check if people are following the rules. It can get crowded in the late afternoon and early evening on weekends, but the rest of the time is confortable. They have sauna rituals (seans/aufgauss) which was great. The room was confortable. The minibar worked very well, it even froze a bottle of soda we had there. The room was very silent. Free cold water and sparkling water available in the corridor.

There was no trashcan in the room. No room service and restaurant closes at 23:00. So if you don't have food by 23:00 then you need to ask for delivery as there are no convinience stores close by. Few food options in the restaurant and at the SPA bar. Almost no vegan options for breakfast and other meals.

The breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable too. From my window I was able to view the city centre in the distance, which looked impressive at night. I gather the pool area is very good but I didn't have time to visit during my stay. It's a short Uber ride to Warsaw's Old Town, which a very beautiful and steeped in history.

The only downside is that they were unable to deal with my food allergies at dinner but that is not unusual and I wouldn't hold it against them. I have several awkward allergies and it is often difficult to find food. I was able to visit some local allergy aware restaurants instead.

It is a very nice new hotel with well equipped rooms, e.g. there were robes, a kettle, complimentary shower gel, comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty and had various food options. The SPA and swimming pool zone is AMAZING! 6 sauna types, salt room, big swimming pool, 3 jacuzzis. We had an amazing time in the spa area! It is not allowed to wear a swim suit to sauna area and you can be naked in all the spa and pool area after 9 PM - but everyone is very respectful, and minding their business.

The parking near the hotel was comfortable, but a bit expensive. It would be nice if the hotel guests could get a discount for the parking.

Nice large room in pristine condition, with a large desk, coffee, fridge etc. Superfast wifi. In general, the room itself was really top level, perhaps the best in Warsaw so far, and for a decent price. Also very quiet at night. Efficient staff. Free entry to the sauna / pool. The breakfast was not bad with a decent choice.

The area around the hotel is not the most interesting. Coffee at breakfast was not great. In general, I was not so impressed with the restaurant.

I have seen few males by the pool on their phones. I didn’t like it. Hope that won’t become an acceptable thing. And Why people have to have gym bags with them to spa? Exceptionally good SPA and service. Please do not loose it to wrong crowd or creepy customers on their phones.

The restaurant there was very good and the food there was also great. The rooms had very quiet air conditioning, which kept the room cool when it was hot outside. The rooms are very clean and modern.

As good as the service there was, nobody there spoke english very well, but they still spoke enough english so we could get by without having to use google translate.
