Perfect location right next to the beach and and stores. Nice big rooms spacious hotel overall.

Inside the hotel everything was super clean staff very polite and helpful. Outside though by the pool and tiki bar you could use a few more cleaning staff. All day by the pool noone passed by to pick up all plastic cups, food that the wind took down I even asked the bartender and life guard if some one had a dustpan for me to pick up the nachos that thw wind took from the bar. Ɓ

Fully renovated and the rooms were very clean and bright. The bedsheets look very clean - bedcovers and bedsheets were all very white and very clean. After labor day, they still had the beach service outside (folks who would put lounge chairs and umbrellas) at the beach. Everyone who worked there that we spoke with were all nice. A big difference, especially at the front desk when you check in. The front desk folks were nice as compared to the past when we came. We come here once or twice a year - the previous front desk was not welcoming. It felt like they did not want to work there. But this time, the crew was all new - one person was actually in training. All three front desk people were nice - a white guy with glasses checked us in and 2 black ladies checked us out at the end of the week - they were all very nice. A big change! Even the folks who cleaned our room were very nice. Great Job hiring new people.

The lantern flies were at the outdoor pool. They would fly to people and attached themselves to your face or hair. I noticed there were a few around the building. Wonder if the hotel can do something about it? It was hard to stay at the indoor pool, it was hard to breathe in the indoor pool facility - the air was not circulating. And it was humid in there.

Everything in 1 place! This location and amenities are superb.

This is my 4th year going here and each year gets a little better. There are 2 main things that should be done next. 1. The roof on the partial ocean view side is an eye sore. Something needs to be done to make it more aesthetically pleasing. 2. The restaurant. My family has never eaten there because of the price and the fact that most people say the food isn’t worth the price. The first year we attempted to, but waited forever with no service. I’m guessing that part has improved so I don’t hold that against you now as each year the improvements you make get better and better. These 2 things are the main things. I hope to come back again next year with these improvements as I know you are always reflecting and trying to get better.

The location was nice.

Refrigerator knob was broken, wrong cleaning products used in furniture making it look dirty, was woken up because of plumbing problems next door.

We love the hotel, the surrounded and staff. We arrived earlier than the check-in the and they allowed us to get the room in advance without extra cost. In addition to that, we stay a bit longer than the check-out hour also as a gratitude. While the check-in and check-out hours, for me should be re assessed since 4 pm and 11 am there are strange hours to follow the hotel crew made a stretch and accommodate us before the rules. All you see in the photos is what you will experience.

Everyone there is always so nice and polite. They had it decorated nice for Christmas. It was off season so the rooms were cheaper and there wasn't many other people staying. We had come down to visit family for the holidays and after all the chaos of children opening presents it was so nice to return to the peace and quiet of the resort

There should be a small off season continental breakfast. Nothing fancy maybe an option to make some toast and jam to have with the coffee they offer.

We were not informed ahead of time that the room we had would be a connecting room. If we had known that we would have booked another room. The doors separating our room to the adjoining room were very thin and there was a visible gap between the top of the door and the doorframe. The people next door to us were noisy and you could hear everything through the connecting door. We called the front desk after midnight to complain about the noise and they sent security up to handle it. Otherwise our experience was wonderful. We just feel that the hotel should let people know what type of room they are paying for ahead of time.

Very nice and clean hotel and very good facilities the veiw from the rooms to the ocean is stunning

I asked in my reservation for a extra mattes what Was ignored I asked the front desk a few times for a extra roll out bed for my little girl and they didn’t want ti give me.

Chair in my room was ripped. Price kind of expensive. Parking exit machine needs to be replaced. Shower in towel hut was ice cold.

Loved the location & being able to walk everywhere to eat, shop, for drinks. Safe area for my kids. Lots of security visible.

Service & time at the bars. Tiki bartenders were very rude to my friends daughter never waited or acknowledged her standing there for a drink. Heard multiple complaints of this. Also, friends waited long time for a drink. Inside bar closed at 9:30 & band played until 10. Bartenders not the friendliest!!
