Cabins generally comfortable

Hot water runs out within a few minutes. Water pressure extremely low. Bathroom smelled. They put the camphor balls everywhere to the point it became unbearable. I asked staff to remove them but they didn’t, so I had to. Place is very isolated. Unless you have your own transport, getting a taxi anywhere is ultra expensive. The beach has rubbish everywhere. Pool was murky the first few days then seemed to clear up. Only a few sun beds available. Breakfast was same-same

I went with my wife, daughter and parents. A group with ages 8 to 70 years old. All of us had a good time there. The gardens were very beautiful with lights at night (perfect for mum), The food was amazing and reasonably priced (good for everyone), The swimming pool is large and well maintained (perfect for my daughter). The rooms were spacious and clean. Lombok wildlife sanctuary is very close. I wish we could have stayed longer.

People smoke in the restaurant, which is a bad thing pretty much everywhere in Indonesia. I wish that they make restaurants a smoke free zone.

Great beachside hotel. I arrived in a thunderstorm and the staff were very kind and helpful. Pool and grounds and room impeccable. Exceptional service, wait staff, cashiers and barrista. Especially Dea, Putu and Wardana! This team did everything they could to make my stay memorable. They could not be more helpful.

Discrepancy between booking.com and local pricing.

It is like living in Paradise, the photos are true to the hotel. The staff were amazing, so caring and friendly. Wonderful food with the most amazing susnsets!

There is nothing I can fault them with. The place was peaceful and I was very well looked after.

Great location set in the North of the island so quieter. Great surroundings and pool. Staff were excellent. Rented bicycles to ride around the island. North of the island wax excellent for snorkelling

Perfect surrounding, amazing food and sunset 🙏🏼 the stuff is really nice and they offer all kinds of activities from the hotel. The pool is amazing and just next to the hotel is a little beach where you can hop on a boat for a daytrip or whatever you like. Would recommend the hotel for sure

The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. It's right on the ocean and you can lay look at the moon and stars at night. The food at the restaurant is very good as well. We like the hotel so much we stayed another night. Great experience.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice view over the pool from our balcony. Hotel is well known in this area of Lombok, and appears to be the best hotel according to the locals. Tasty food at the restaurant.

Great place! The staff was supper friendly and helpful. We did the fishing trip that the hotel organise and the captain was great funn! Would definitely stay again! Verry recommended
