Lovely place. Very cosy and close to nearby grocery shops as well as good hiking areas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Saska and Mikaela who gave me advice on best activities to do and where to start my hiking from. They also arranged for bicycle renting from the nearby shop and I was given a good rate. They made me feel very welcomed. Loved the place so much that I extended my stay and they very kindly helped me with that as well. Highly recommend this place.

The location is ideal, in the centre of Muhlbach. Exceptional views of the mountains, and phenomenal fresh air, with smell of forest herbs, while staying on our balcony. The apartments are of a high quality with premium finishes. Very clean. Within 2 minutes walk there is a Spar supermarket with a very extensive selection of fresh product. The staff wert exceptionally helpful and forthcoming with our additional requests. I recommend it full heartedly to anyone considering a quiet, premium mountain vacation.

The place was super clean, very well equipped, and the design of it was suitable for the vibe of the location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. This was our first time at alpenparks but definitely not the last.

There was nothing negative in particular. The apartments just don’t have an iron for clothes, which is not a big deal as you can ask for it at the reception and get it.

Paying $100 cleaning fee but they expect you to clean everything. I understand a $100 cleaning fee if you don’t clean but not sure why they charge that rate then also expect you to clean.

Staff was perfect, we got a lot of informations. Rooms are spacy, it is quiet place near the brook, breakfast is very good. Free parking is next the hotel. Hochkönig card is included - it is very useful to travel by bus or train and cable cars (all is free).

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

rooms are well thought and clean with all facilities. Check in was smooth and Elizabeth is the best hostess. Shes so helpful and goes extra mile to help you. Breakfast is exceptional. Location is beautiful many restaurants close by. they will guide you with your trips and everything is taken care of.

Apartment building and room equipment is very modern, garage is available (for extra charge), but free parking is also available around the building, apartement located in the middle of the village, very friendly personnel, special greetings to Michaella))

The location is good, there's a supermarket, a bakery, a bus stop and a couple of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is very nice, the interior is cozy, and there's a free parking outside. Special thanks to the staff for being very friendly!

It's a bit more expensive than some other options, but the breakfast is not included. There's no sauna.

What is there NOT to like? This facility understands 100% what travelling (families) need. Absolutely nailed it. It’s close to the bakery, supermarket, swimming pool, all lifts are included etc etc
