Lovely place to stay for the volcano

Breakfast had hardly any choice wasn’t good at all

We are party of 4, stayed in 2 suites. Room is spacious and has amenities we enjoyed. I specifically like the view from the room, the heated pool and the location close to the cafes etc in Batur. The staffs are also very nice and helpful. Free shuttle around Batur which we took it almost everyday we were there for 3 days.

I wasnt made aware that there was a New year party with firecrackers etc which I didnt enjoy at all. But I guess nothing I can do when staying for NY eve. Breakfast is terrible - this is something you could have improved - the quality and quantity should have been improved for the price we paid. Wifi is terrible, tv reception is not good - definitely not a hotel for working but for relaxing.

We booked a private villa for the birthday and it was a brilliant idea! The private pool with hot springs, secluded dining area for our guests and the room service was excellent! The rooms are clean and cozy, I also ordered a birthday decoration for my friend, so it looked fantastic! Staff was very nice and helpful! Highly recommend this place (especially there is not a lot of villa options in Kintamani)

The breakfast area was hot and not air conditioned so we went to another place to have a breakfast

Breakfast variant was small. it will be good if they can make bigger selections. some hot soupy stuffs will be very good with the cold weather. also, staffs should take initiative to clean the seats and wipe dry for guests.

No air con in all the rooms. the weather is cold enough but then a fan is essential for ventilation. especialy the rooms started with 3xx, on the lower ground with no ventilation enough. a standing fan will solve all problems

The villa’s that we rented were very spacious, the pool was decent and it’s heated. Good place for family. There was one very kind of waitress at the restaurant (forgot her name :(, she was extremely helpful)

The breakfast was average, very limited options, coffee for breakfast were really bad though. The reception team were very not helpful none were offering to assist us with the luggage

First came here in may 2024 and came back in mid Dec 2024 and it has changed tremendously. 1st, they added 3 new glamping units and it looks very very cozy. 2nd, they have upped their maintenance. Gave a new fresh coat of paint.

there none. Although, it would be amazing if management can install a small hot tub in front of the glamping units.

Beautiful premises, great heated pool which you can enjoy until late at night, nice restaurant, pleasant atmosphere-with lights and several fire pits and seating areas in the evening, friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. Recommend the Suite Pool View room.

AMAZING! The hotel has a lawn that cater for kids I.e playground, bicycle, and even a fire pit at night cause of temperature!

Stayed at the villa with private pool. Everything was ok just that the paint of the wall showing peeling. Note that due to the location of the hotel (high humidity) this is an normal occurrence

A unique concept! nice food, awesome swimming pools! (Hot spring) the room is more than clean and comfortable ! The surprise of the welcome drink in the checkin , and the delicious offered dessert at the checkout!

Great hotel. Heated pool was a superb addition as to were fire pits to have a drink around on the evening. Staff were excellent. Free shuttle was a great help.
