I like cleaninnes above everything and a room is quite large with simple but nice bathroom. All in all happy with some reasonable suggestions

One thing in particular I didn't like is that we are waiting until 15. 00 o'clock to enter a room arriving in Wurzburg at about 7. 00 a.m. bearing in mind that we needed to leave the room on our last day at 11.00 a.m. So the gap is a way too long because in 4 hours you should finish long time before, so my suggestion would be definitely to shorten the time for guests to enter a room especially travelers. And sorry to say very strange that there is no kettle in the room.

A nice room in a nice hotel in a very convenient central location. We even managed to get a parking pace at a small car park in front of the hotel free of charge. The breakfast was adequate for a hotel in this price range, nothing extraordinary, though.

The plastic piece embedded in the bathroom door (to allow for ventilation) was broken and kept falling out every time the door was shut, but this was only a mild annoyance. The bed mettresses were not the best. Otherwise all okay.

The room is clean, basic and a nice size. The shower is good but took a while to get hot. There is a fridge and aircon. Good position for the sights. Was on a main street but quiet overnight

It's a bit dated for the price. the pillows are terrible despite asking for another. There were parking spaces available out front but wasn't offered one. Was told to use underground parking for 13Euros or free overnight til 9am ones. No tea and coffee in the room

The friendly, helpful reception staff and the cleaners. Great location. Nice selection of drinks in a fridge at reception. Fridge in the room. Everything was clean. I would have given a 10 rating but for the mattress.

The mattress in my single room felt like it had never been turned. There was a sagging spot in the middle to edge of the mattress where every single guest must have sat in the same spot to wear it out, which meant I was sliding into it when I was sleeping. So it wasn’t the most comfortable experience.

Very nice hotel in the city centre of Würzburg. The central location puts you right in the middle of everything. We were surprised and pleased with the city itself. A big surprise was that we ended up in the middle of the yearly Octoberfest-like festival in the city. Lots of people and good atmosphere everywhere. Friendly staff in the hotel and also a very good breakfast. We parked in the garage next door without any problems. Would definitely be back.

It was as expected. Not a luxury hotel, but good value for money.

The room was very clean and organized, and the location is awesome. The size of the room was also very good, but without doubt the best thing was the people working there (from the Reception to the cleaning stuff). They were really friendly and helpful. The room is really very well equipped, even with quite a good minibar and hairdrier. Nothing to complain about!

The only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast, since it is indicated here that is "Very good", but to me it was only average (for instance, the scrambled eggs were not very good and cold, unfortunately they didn't have vegan milk, and the backer offer was quite limited). But as I said, this is just being very picky, it was a good breakfast in any case, and I would still have chosen this hotel :)

Absolutely everything was great! The bed and pillows very comfortable, I loved the fact that therewas a desk and a mini fridge and the AC was very much appreciated. The shower had a strong water flow and a small enlarging mirror, in additional to the regular mirror, which is great for putting makeup. Location is right in the middle between the train station and old town, which is perfect. I'll definitely be staying there again if I'm ever back in Wurzburg!

Good compromise between price and quality. Convenient location and parking. I prebooked for an evening meal, being alone, and Valentines Day can be very busy in Germany. My meal was excellent, just as it was when I stayed there last year. I would definitely stay there again.

I think this is the first time I can say that a hotel has exceeded my expectations. To be honest, I didn't expect much. But the room was spacious, everything was modern and the sound insulation was superb. There was even an air conditioner!

The only thing I didn't like was that the double bed, which was made up of two single mattresses.

The hotel is charming and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. It's location is near the river with restaurants and beer halls within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with many choices. Everything was to our liking and I would stay there again.

The wi-fi was a bit sketchy at times, but that's not why we were there. The lady at reception was very helpful and tried her best.
