Location is great if you want to be in the middle of Balchik, close the everything that you need during the stay. Also, free parking is very close - the car will get very dirty from the dust, as the parking lot is pretty basic, but it’s safe and free so quite a good deal after all. Good breakfast place is very close as well. The amenities are decent. The place is proper for a weekend getaway.

They could make some investment in bedding, it looks and feels old and outdated.

I liked very much the location near the main promenade and restaurants. It's very quiet even it is situated just behind the promenade. The staff were very friendly. Moreover they send me the invoice by email after I left the hotel because I forgot to ask since I was in a hurry. We parked 200 meters because was full near the hotel, but was fine.

I took a blanket because I am a cold person even in the summer from the wardrobe and it had some stains on it. Also there was no hair dryer in the bathroom.

The hotel is located near the beach and the promenade of Balchik. It has a nice view.

Although the hotel was almost empty, they gave us a room on the top floor, wich made it mandatory to leave the air conditioner on at all times. But the room had a nice view. It is a problem about the parking, because the hotel has no parking available.

Great stay once again. The room and the main areas were very, very clean. Noticed some nice improvements in the bathrooms and rooms too - new faucets, sink and new mattresses. Very comfortable sleep, quiet room. Our room was with beautiful sea view too. The location is great - one minute from the beach and the seaside walk alley with all the restaurants and shops, no noise in the room. The staff was as usual very helpful and kind. We had a great stay at this hotel! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the restaurants and the seafront promenade. We definitely recommend staying here!

We were allowed to check in early. The two rooms had balconies, although we had only booked one with a balcony. The hotel is two minutes from the beach and from the restaurant area on the seafront. We parked nearby, on the street.

I wish I could give more than 10 stars... Great, large rooms with seaview and balcony, sparking cleanness, great staff, very close to the beach and to a decent walking distance to the Balchik castle

It's always clean and spacioua. The staff is polite and the location is pretty good.

The air conditioner was dripping over out daughter's bed. Thankfully, the staff fixed it the next day. Also, we couldn't find the wi-fi password anywhere in the room and the TV"s remote control was not working.

- the shower room was not closing perfectly, the bathroom floor was getting wet with each shower and there were no tools available to collect the water and dry the floor. - no lift - no parking arrangements

Very close to the beach and promenade. Staff is super nice and helpful.

They have kind of a late check-in (3pm), but when we arrived they still didn’t have the sheets ready for the bed. Bathroom trash can wasn’t emptied from the previous guest.
