Great stay once again. The room and the main areas were very, very clean. Noticed some nice improvements in the bathrooms and rooms too - new faucets, sink and new mattresses. Very comfortable sleep, quiet room. Our room was with beautiful sea view too. The location is great - one minute from the beach and the seaside walk alley with all the restaurants and shops, no noise in the room. The staff was as usual very helpful and kind. Thank you and see you again!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the restaurants and the seafront promenade. We definitely recommend staying here!

It's always clean and spacioua. The staff is polite and the location is pretty good.

The air conditioner was dripping over out daughter's bed. Thankfully, the staff fixed it the next day. Also, we couldn't find the wi-fi password anywhere in the room and the TV"s remote control was not working.

- location close to the beach and restaurants - large room, clean - air conditioning, hot water machine - balcony with a sea view (3rd floor) - very good price on last minute

- the shower room was not closing perfectly, the bathroom floor was getting wet with each shower and there were no tools available to collect the water and dry the floor. - no lift - no parking arrangements

Very close to the beach and promenade. Staff is super nice and helpful.

They have kind of a late check-in (3pm), but when we arrived they still didn’t have the sheets ready for the bed. Bathroom trash can wasn’t emptied from the previous guest.

Excellent location, very close to the promenade, shops and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly.

Not much to fault about the property except, there was no toilet paper in our room and the shower tray in the bathroom needed a good deep clean, quite a bit of black mould which is very unhygienic looking. Breakfast was a bit disappointing 😢

The location is just perfect. 3 minutes walking from the beach and all the best restaurants. The rooms are very big ! And our teracce had a sea view which we absolutely loved

I think the floor needed a wet mop as it was a bit dusty and after walking bare feet one needed a foot wash before going to bed But otherwise all great !

Very kind and helpful staff, central location with nice sea view , and very comfortable beds. Large room, very clean, overall great value for money. Definitely exceeded expectations.

Great location! Clean and comfortable room with balcony, sea and promenade view from the side. Close to all local amenities. Very close to the beach. Friendly staff. I highly recommend it! It's my second stay and i will return for sure!

Location is good although not right on sea front only a 2 minute walk away.good value for what you paid, considering your in a more up market location for Bulgaria.

We were under impression that breakfast was included but had to pay 64lev extra for 4 breakfasts. Breakfast would have been good but came stone cold!! I had mine warmed in microwave but put 2 of our party off that much they left all theirs. And just had expensive toast.
