Great location. Staff were amazing. Lobby was clean and welcoming. Outside was nice. Sitting area was comfortable. Basically quiet rooms.

Being charged $12 for a $3 wash & dry (separate wash & dry)(laundry). No Free Complimentary Breakfast. Food was less than desired. Shower lining needs washing, bed (box spring cover) needs replacing, floor/carpet under bed needs deep cleaning. Dust everywhere. No Free Parking. Beds could have been softer as well as better pillows. Microwave was clean or had rust in it.

The staff for some of the nicest people I dealt with while I was down there, Really nice folks. Nice looking property I loved the lobby I spent at least an hour sitting in there relaxing.

The pool and the hot tub were very cloudy and there appeared to be too much water in the hot tub. The Jets worked fine when nobody was in the hot tub but as soon as someone got in the water level got up over an intake that prevented the jets from working.

THE HOTEL IS IN A GREAT LOCATION. AROUND ALL TYPES OF SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS. I DID ORDER SOME BUFFALO WINGS WELL DONE AND THEY WERE COOKED PERFECTLY. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN.

WELL THE BREAKFAST WAS OK. FOR THE 15 BUCK PER DAY. I THOUGHT THE BUFFET WAS GOING TO BE MORE. AND PANCAKES, FRENCH TOAST, WAFFLES ARE EXTRA COST. SO ME AND MY HUSBAND ENDED UP GET SOME FRENCH TOAST AND IT WAS NOT COMPLETELY DONE. THEY WERE MUSHING IN THE MIDDLE.

The hotel was fine. The room was comfortable and the staff members were pleasant. We had everything we needed for our stay. I also enjoyed happy hour at the bar. The location provided us with the perfect spot to stay. We were within 15 minutes of everything we had to get to in the Hampton Roads area.

There were a few things that I expected to be better for the price I paid. The ceiling was showing water damage and falling down in spots. The lamp shade was visibly cracked and the furniture was old and banged up. The bar closes too early.

The room was cleaned. The bathroom had chipping paint in the tub and a few water stains. I didn't like that at all, nor was the microwave clean on the outside.

The cleanliness of the tub nor the cleanliness of the microwave.

The pool and hot tub was great. The kids loved it. Spent hours in there. The staff were super nice and the whole place was clean. Plus when I needed extra bath cloths and towels they just got them to me ASAP no fuss.

Definitely could use free breakfast. The bed could be a bit more firm. It wasn't bad but definitely the most comfortable. Price is a little high but they have an indoor pool and a restaurant so I guess that's what you're paying for.

Comfortable Beds and Pillows. Keurig coffee maker. Nice bar. Complimentary water bottles. Twelve o'clock checkout.

The carpets had a slight smell as if a pet had been there, definitely needed shampoo. No quiet hours were posted, and kids played by my door loudly through the night. I saw one tiny roach, that climbed out of the bathroom outlet, but I killed it and never saw any more. No lids for the coffee cups. Parking fee, only $4,

The room was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very nice.

The thermostat in room 331 was not working, so the room became uncomfortably hot and clammy during the night.

Everything was very nice and the staff was helpful.

There was no coffee available past 10am. I expected that there should be coffee available in the lobby throughout the day.

Staff were great.

1. There was a faded and frayed US flag flying, needed replaced especially for the 4th of July holiday. 2. There is no place to sit outside in the shade during the day. 3. For the price charged our room needed to be cleaner at check in and woodwork and furnishings looked they were 10 or 15 years with all the chips and scuff marks.
