The manager/owner was so nice! He was very welcoming and alwsys smiling. . He always greeted us even when we arrived later at night, coming outside the office to check on us and make sure we were okay and asking if we needed anything and wished us a goodnight. We walked in our room and the first thing that hit Mr was the clean smell of the room. It was crispy and so clean! The motel has great parking and you're only 5 minutes walking to the beach. Very quiet street and the room was nice and quiet. Bathroom was nice too!! We were visiting my mom at Community Hospital and it was so convenient to see her, being the motel was only 15 to 20 minutes to the hospital. Great location!

Everything was fine.

It was close to everything the beach boardwalk shops and restaurants were just 3 blocks away, parking was provided and free. They had an nice clean spotless pool and the owner Mike was fabulous very helpful . The rooms were clean but outdated could use a makeover but other than that it was clean the shower was hot and clean.

The price!

Location is about three blocks from the beach. You can easily walk there and a lot of people did. This is an older motel and is outdated with a small pool but we just needed a place to lay our head. I grew up there and only had a few days to show my newly wed husband my stomping grounds, etc. We had no intention of using the pool with the beach just down the street. When booking the room I asked if there could be a bottle of champagne with two glasses and strawberries there waiting for us when we got there. Mike the manager made sure we had the items asked for. With that being said it suited our needs and we would stay there again.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly, and my overall stay was fine. The only thing I did not care for was they did not allow you to use the pool pass check out time. Most hotels after you check out Still allow you to use the amenities. Everything else was fine

Love the manager!! Mike is very thorough. On-site property manager and doesn't miss a fart! He does not allow any nonsense to occur in his motel. He is accommodating to the best of his ability. The hotel is approximately three blocks from the boardwalk so it is very convenient and within walking distance.

What I truly disliked was the new mattresses that were purchased since our previous stay. Mine was very hard. I actually checked to make sure it wasn't the box spring, lol.

Very friendly, staff and a accommodating .Especially the owner.His name is Happy he was exceptional.

The location is practical: 10 min walk to beach, nearby restaurants. Room was quite clean and bed sheets clean. Very helpful staff. Parking complimentary on premises.

The place needs to be renovated in the last 20 years ago, but A/C works fine. Carpet clean but old. Weak to no Wi-Fi in any room. Tiny room. This is not a 3-star motel based on price, but it is located on NJ shore.

Rooms are very clean, property is well maintained. Swimming pool is small and suitable for kids. Location is ok. Bit far from sea beach.

They charge extra 20$ on top of listed room rent

I have stayed at Bay Breeze a number of times over the years. I like the closeness to the boardwalk and the beach. The owner Mike is great.

There is nothing I didn’t like.
