The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The room was very close to the boardwalk and it made it very convenient to get to the beach and back.

The windows seal had a dead fly, and it was a little dirty. The shower leaked water as the shower glass door didn’t shut all the way the room could’ve been a little cleaner and a little thoroughly clean, but it was very nice overall. I also don’t understand why you have to pay $10 a day to park on the site when your parking spot is not even saved for you if you leave so that doesn’t make sense to me.

The staff was friendly & attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean & smelled fresh. Great A/C & super comfortable beds. Close to the boardwalk & there was an outdoor shower to rinse sand off after the beach.

I don’t know if it’s all rooms or just the one we stayed in, but the shower was slippery and there was no bar to hold onto if you were to fall. I recommend bringing a non-slip mat just in case.

The Seaside Sands Inn is perfectly located a short, two-block walk from the beach! The prices are incredibly reasonable and the gentleman who checked us in was such a great guy! I wish I took down his name. He really did such a great job of personally walking us to our room and showing us the property. If you’re expecting a bougie 5-star luxury hotel, please go somewhere that charges 5-star luxury prices. For these incredibly reasonable prices, you can not find better! Exceeded expectations. Bravo!

Room could have used a bit more TLC and care before we checked in. No worries though!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating The room was clean. There was some on site parking and a paid lot right next door. The motel was a one minute walk to the boardwalk. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the motel and the neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe to walk after dark

The only thing I’d rethink next time is staying on the 3 rd floor ( I requested 3rd floor this stay). The stairs were a bit much

We loved how clean the hotel was. I was also impressed by how polite the staff members were.

The shower had rust spots and cheap, plastic tablecloth-like shower curtains with holes. First-come, First-serve parking.. We were told we could pay $10 at the lot next door for “all day” but ended up having to pay double for overnight parking - suggestion: hotel should work out a deal with lot to allow they’re guests to park for free at hotels expense.

Very poor internet connection, the “hanging” shower glass door- wasn't very safe for all ages (I'm 44, with health issues, use the rest room a lot at night, I almost leaned & slipped.

The close walk to the beach was very nice . The room was clean overall and we had an amazing stay here. Also the staff was very friendly and helped us out with some booking problems that we had

Everything was great the only thing was the shower was missing a door so the water would go on the floor but that is okay for me. Not that loud at night

Only thing I would say is the floors were poorly swept, other than that,, wonderful stay :)

Beds were comfortable and room was modern and very close to boardwalk.

The WiFi did not work in the room at all so tv you could not watch the connection was too weak.

Good. A small room and bathroom for a very short stay. It was all we needed. 99.00 room but with taxes, property fees (30.00) and $10 for parking we felt there might of been more luxury:)
