Very accommodating and friendly staff. Requested for early check in and received it. It’s so close to the airport. The airport collection and drop off service is exceptional. We al were collected from baggage reclaim area and received help to collect our bags from the belt. Simran at reception was super helpful in getting us checked in early and taking us to our room. Surabhi at the lunch buffet was incredibly polite and helpful.

The connection between the new and old wing is a bit confusing and the fob didn’t seem to work in the elevator sometimes. The taxi drop off and collection was not chargeable earlier and prices are a bit steep for a 2 min journey.

I had an excellent stay at Taj Bangalore near the airport. Although my twin room was sold out, the manager personally came to check on our satisfaction and kindly upgraded us to a Premium Luxury Room with complimentary dinner and free airport transfer. This level of hospitality and responsibility was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the warm service and care. A wonderful experience—I highly recommend this hotel!

From the minute I arrived the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was upgraded for free to a beautiful suite which exceeded my expectations! The free standing bath with bath salts was exactly what I needed to feel at home and get the rest and recovery I needed. The attention to detail is a luxury that really stands out with the Taj Hotels, there was even a foot bath in the bedroom and I honestly felt like I was really taken care of. The breakfast is delicious and there is so much to choose from, the transfer to the airport was so quick and easy, there was also a lovely man on the other side ready to help me with my bags and walked me into the airport and checked me into my flight, it was so kind! I cannot say enough about how wonderful this stay was, I wish my stay was longer so that I could have enjoyed the restaurants and pool.

The attitude of some of the some in the dinning area was excellent. Specially the chef Gyaneshwar. Also, the service provided by Gyndeep, at concierge, was excellent, great attitude to welcoming and accommodating guests. He went above and beyond to ensure that my Drive around bangalore was comfortable.

The toilets seem to have a flush handle in the wrong place where you have to bend down to press the handle and your face could be in the toilet bowl. Very negative place to have a toilet flush press. Front desk staff could have a better attitude and attention .

Large, comfortable room with large bathroom. Nice to have a stocked mini bar. Really good, friendly service from pick up at airport to all parts of the hotel. We did not expect the free transfer to and from the hotel. It made us feel really welcome. Despite half board including only the Buffet, the buffet was really pretty good with fresh pizza and pasta stations and tasty, varied buffet options. Service was sometimes little overzealous, with multiple servers asking us if we were OK or needed anything. They were all really pleasant, though. We liked the pool area, the pool itself was refreshingly cool and there were plenty of loungers with shade. A bit odd being able to see a runway, but it was good. Having food and drink at the pool was great too. Food and drink prices were OK, we tried the a la carte cafe menu for lunch and it was pretty good. Overall, it was a very pleasant place to stay when transitting over 36 hours.

It would have been nice to have had a specific lounge/bar area.

location in Bangalore is everything since there are always traffic jams. So being next to the airport when needs to take a flight is a big plus. the whole facility is very well maintained. very very clean and fulfil every aspect of a top notch Hotel in Europe

The food in the restaurant is very privy but very average in teste and quality. had much better food in Ottera Hotel and some good restaurants for less then half the price The stuff is very polite but not very knowledgeable or providing useful answers.... there is room to improve my room was facing the terminal .. every 2 hours there was a car wit a siren and loud speaker and that noise came right into my room ... at this price level i would expect to have a quite room with good isolation from noise

It is very well situated for the airport. It is quiet and we upgraded to a club room where we got a foot bowl, which was very nice and the bathroom was very good. The lounge was a worthwhile place with snacks and drinks. They went out of their way to get fresh watermelon juice for us.

We found the breakfast service a bit random and some dishes did not appear. Our reception in the smaller building when we arrived wasn’t very cheerful and we didn’t feel it was a very good check in experience even though the lady was polite enough. Some confusion about the upgrade and guests that weren’t checking in took ages to ask questions while we waited.

This is a lovely airport hotel, and a short walk to terminal 1. Great facilities and a really nice room. Lots of amenities and restaurants- Including outside terminal 1 which has some shops, bars and restaurants too.

I think airport hotels - especially one of this calibre - should accommodate that people arrive and leave at strange hours. I arrived on a night bus at 5am which meant there was a long time before I could check in (even though they let me check in early at 11am) and I had to leave the following morning at 4am. It would be very helpful if there were multiple check in slots that you could choose from.

Not focusing

Just loved this hotel for after and before a long flight. We needed a bit of tlc & luxury and we were not disappointed. Close to the airport the Concierge not only picked us up handled our baggage from the airport to getting into our room but took us all the way to check in and checked us in on our exit from Bangalore. We got a good deal on the room price and enjoyed the pool, the food and a massage there. Everything and more had been thought of and we were upgraded to a spacious room and fab bathroom. The staff were great.Helpful, cheerful and attentive.
