We stayed here for a week and really liked it. The apartment was big, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location — we could easily take the tram, metro, or bus to get anywhere in the city. The price was really good for what we got. We also got a parking spot, which made things super easy. Check-in and check-out were fast and all done online. It looks like the place is being renovated, so it’s only going to get better. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

- The location is very convenient, with trams, buses, and a metro station all just a few meters from the property. Most of them have a direct connection to the central train station. - The room has a nice view of the trees, which makes it very comfortable to relax. - Easy self-check-in process - Well-equipped room with coffee, water heater, and basic kitchen amenities such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, pans, cutlery, glasses, and cups. - The room was clean.

- If you arrive on weekends or outside office hours, there is no on-site customer service. - The pillows are just horrendous. I suggest you bring your own. - The shower seemed clogged so it filled out with water very quickly, making it hard to take a proper shower.

The hotel room is just a few stops away from the city center and offers self check-in. Inside, everything was well organized and clean. The kitchen was functional, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quite spacious for this type of accommodation.

There were no instructions on how to check-out, which was confusing. We didn’t know where to leave the key cards or how to confirm our departure, and we met other guests with the same issue.

The apartments are a little out of town if you are visiting to sightsee, but there is a metro stop a two-minute walk away which will easily bring you into the old town. It was easy to get into, I was able to collect the keys myself from the device and had no trouble(which is nice if you don't want to deal with people). The facilities are quite basic but not much more was needed for my stay which was only for one night.

I might have liked more pillows but that's a pretty minor issue

The apartment was spacious, modern, easy to access, and had good amenities. The location was good (easy to reach downtown Munich via public transport and close to grocery stores).

There were 3 tiny pillows for the beds and they were not very comfortable. Not all of the windows had good shades/curtains, so my son woke up extremely early due to the sunlight streaming in.

Cozy apartments near the metro station. Clean, neat, large comfortable bed, warm soft blankets, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking and serving food. There is a capsule coffee maker, you can bring your own capsules and enjoy delicious coffee. There was delicious tea in the cabinets. Clean bathroom, there is a hairdryer. Warm in autumn and winter, easy check-in.

The only problem we had when arriving was finding the key are for initial access. It was to a side door which wasn’t obvious from messages or no sign on front door, also the 24/7 line didn’t answer . Luckily we found it after not too long.

I booked a studio and it was spacious enough for two. Possiblitly to make a quick meal. There is also a laundry downstairs. Only a few min walk from the Westendstr. U-Bahn. A big supermarket (HIT) about 8 min walk.

Love be the bathroom and good shower, lots of cupboard space, Small but great kitchen have all you need even a dishwasher. Big TV and block out curtains, Neat and new.

The bed- most horrible bed, too close to wall and lumpy with terrible mattress
