Clean and decent hotel, good location surrounded by many bakeries and supermarkets, comfortable bed

Parking was a real challenge, while the hotel is charging 18 Euro per night to park your car in their garage, my first night turned out to a hassle as the parking was completely full, outside road has a construction which prevent you from parking, I ended up parking 15 mins walk from hotel, later nights was a matter of luck, I was able to park in the hotel. Room is too small we had a baby and we didn't ask for baby crib as it will block the room, our baby daughter ended up sleeping on bed.

We had a problem with the booking. We booked a room breakfast included but they say it is registered non included. Although the staff at first night kindly helped us to solve it, the problem remained unsolved. I called repeatedly during the trip, waiting a long time in que and asking several time from AI operator to connect the call to a real operator...It was so annoying to us. Finally, booking.com operator said oh it was our fault you can have breakfast. I asked for the first breakfast we already missed, she said I will charge your credit as a compensation. After several calls still noting happend. I am so unsatisfy this time from booking.com

Breakfast is very rich. Breakfast area is large and comfartable. Lots of tables are avaible.. Rooms are large. Every day they supplied us with a big bottle of water.

Armchair bed is impossible to sleep in triple rooms. I do not recommend to stay here if the third person is adult. They must leave this kind of hosting asap. Check-in starts at 15.00. We arrived at the hotel at 15.40 and the room was not ready yet. We were told to wait for 10 minutes. But they kept us waiting for 40 minutes at the lobby. The staff was very rude and he gave us the cold shoulder. In his opinion that was not in his responsibility. That was weird because for us, there was nobody else to discuss this matter.

Large room which also included a balcony as it was on the top floor. Breakfast was sensational everything you could think of was on offer. The hotel has its own parking next door underground which is nice and secure for €17 per day. Two minute walk to the local supermarket..

The bed itself was no good way too soft to the point that I had to sleep on the edge, still woke up with a sore back. Hotel does not do dinner. air-conditioning system does not work well so you have to have the curtains closed as to not let in the sun.

Location close to work, bus stop infront of hotel and price was good for business travel. Wifi was good to work in the room. The complimentary coffee and water was an excellent touch. Reception was friendly, quick and easy to issue a business invoice.

The bed was very soft and had a little "hollow" from long use. It was covered by a flat sheet that came off after one turn. I propose to use a fitted sheet. The shower leaks terribly and a better mat is required.

Everything you would expect from a large hotel chain. Things are clean and neat and the staff are friendly. The wifi works well and can stream shows. The breakfast was good quality and tasty, but quite standard. It is not a very touristy part of the city but a good base to explore the rest of the city from.

The bathroom is very small, even in the larger rooms you get a really tiny bathroom. There are a few things that can do with better maintenance. For example the coffee machine in the room did not work, and the shower could do with some new fittings. Otherwise everything is good.

The hotel was clean, there was a bus station in front of the hotel. Metro was near by and there were a lot of restaurants near the hotel. the staff was very kind and helpful

the bed was not the double, it was just twin beds made like double, that’s why every time beds splitted. It was not comfortable

I stayed only two nights. The reception was friendly and its 24 hours. I didn't have breakfast so can't assess that. The location is fine. The bus stop is right outside and the subway about 15 minutes walk. As I was there for work, I couldn't avail any other facilities.

Just something minor - I missed some more lighting in my room especially as there was no sun outside.

Talking about the property itself: everything is in good condition, close to bis stop and thus to the city Center, even the night line bus stop is available. Would love to stay here

Unfortunately, I was fraud through the booking-app on „behalf“ of the hotel, and I was told that it’s booking.com problem, not the hotel’s. I thought the hotel account security is mostly responsibility of the property, and now I have less trust into these messages, even if they would be beneficial for both sides :/

The hotel was absolutely perfect, the staff was more than friendly and helped us organize our one day stay in Munich. Rooms are very clean, fast wi-fi connection, everything was just perfect! Breakfast was excellent, great quality food! Dinner in a 300m nearby biergarten was unforgettable!
