We had the best time staying here. Ziad at the main reception was extremely friendly and helpful checking us in and booking us in for the sunrise tour. The buffets at breakfast and dinner were excellent and had a good variety of food to choose from. The waiters and waitresses were always on hand if you needed anything. A special thank you to Mohammed who was always at hand for anything we needed when it was breakfast or dinner. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wadi Rum. The room was excellent, the views were second to none

Overall excellent and unique experience at the UFO luxotel. We highly recommend. Pick-up at the meeting point is straightforward, and the facilities/ rooms are awesome. Its set in an isolated location, which adds to the peace, the views are nice and special, and the dinner/breakfast are also great! The hotel offers different tours and packages. We went on a 4 hrs tour of the protected area.

Important things to note: - the hotel is set OUTSIDE of the national park, for us, this was not a big deal. - the *suggested* start time of the tours is 6:30 am. however, this doesn't allow you to have breakfast. we asked for our tour to start at 7:30 am, and this was fine.

Amazing hotel with comfortable Martian dome-style rooms. I specifically picked this spot because it is all martian dome-style lodging (many other sites have a mix of Bedouin tent and martian dome). I climbed up to a rock mountain next to it and the shot of the campsite is amazing (see photo). Really has that Mars space base feeling. Every single staff member I interacted with is friendly and nice. We unfortunately arrived too late (at around 5 pm) and could not attend any of the activities, and we already had plans for the next day. If I knew in advance, it is probably best to arrive with the next day open so you can book activities with the staff for the day after your stay. They seem pretty good in arranging tours in 1-day notice. The dome is perfect for watching sunrise and sunset. All domes are open towards the west to make sunset viewing in your room possible.

The dinner is delicious. But I am disappointed that there is no lamb. There is chicken zarb but I have seen so many great reviews about the lamb zarb.... Apparently, lamb is not served every day so you might want to check in advance if that is why you visit.

Our stay in Wadi Rum was truly unforgettable! The host made sure we had the unobstructed desert view we requested, which made the experience even more magical. He was also incredibly helpful in arranging jeep tours and guiding us on other activities in the area. We parked our vehicle in a designated area and were picked up and brought to the camp—everything was seamless and well-organized. Both breakfast and dinner were included, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended for a comfortable and immersive desert experience!

It is a very unique sort of accommodation and one we will remember forever. The bed was very comfortable. I also loved the patio area that we had. The staff were helpful and generous. We travel a lot and this rates as one of our favourite experiences of our life so far!

Some of the buffet was not always hot and one of our 2 dinners wasn't great. I do acknowledge how difficult it is to be perfect with food in the middle of the desert though...so keeping that in mind, it was pretty good. The bathroom situation was not great...having a toilet in the open where your partner can hear everything meant there was no privacy. If that isn't a problem for you, then it wouldn't matter.

The property is beautiful and other worldly. I really loved our bubble tent. We went in winter and it was warm and cozy. The dinner was so tasty! We went early to make sure we got the best version of dinner. Everything that was provided was sufficient. In the morning plenty of drinks are provided for free. There is a cafe if you want more. Ziad at the front desk was really helpful. And I really enjoyed the sunrise camel ride with the friendly Bedouin man. Such a unique and beautiful experience.

The pick up area is quite bad. There was unfortunately, a dead animal in it when we arrived. The vehicle that picked us up was very dirty and completely exposed. It gave us a bad first impression. Fortunately, when we arrived everything was much better.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The tents are well-spaced out, offering excellent privacy, and no matter which tent you get, you’re guaranteed a beautiful view. The heater worked quickly, making the room comfortable in no time. The large restaurant and bar area were well-maintained, cozy, and even had a designated smoking section. The restaurant was always clean, and the ambiance made you forget you were even staying in a tent. The outdoor sitting area was perfect for relaxing, and the hotel offered a wide variety of trips to book at reasonable prices. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had everything you need, with a private terrace for enjoying coffee in the morning. The area was incredibly peaceful, and the 30-minute transportation from the parking area to the hotel was included, which was a nice touch. I’d recommend arriving during the day to fully appreciate the scenic journey. PS: The pictures are 100% accurate to what you get

The only area for improvement would be the food selection. While the Arabic options were good, it would be nice to have some European choices for dinner. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely return.

A magical place, so calm and being able to experience the beauty of wadi rum in such a stunning setting made my experience even better. The staff were wonderful, really helpful and attentive. The dome tent was incredible, the stargazing was just amazing and the food (breakfast and dinner) was excellent. If you are going to explore wadi rum, based yourself here!

Nothing, only thing I'd say is that if you are tall, be aware of where the 2 parts of the bubble join, as i banged my head, but that is me being clumsy, not a reason to not stay here!

I did not expect that a fancy place like this can exist in the middle of the desert. Everything was perfect. As we entered the area, we left our car in the private parking and a driver took us to the camp (free of charge), and then we were welcomed by Ziad, who was very kind, informative, and helpful. And, the tour that Ziad organized with Shafi inside the desert was stunning. What I also really loved was how clean the entire camp was. The dinner and breakfast buffets had a wide variety of food and sweets. Not to forget how helpful and professional the reservation center lady, Tasneem, was. Overall, our experience was perfect and would definitely do it again and again.
