the location was great and the hotel value provided value for money.

if booking a triple room there is not much space in the standard triple room and only one bedside table so things had to put on the floor.

Convenient, great location, staffs are helpful, beds are comfortable, very good for value.

Very small space, shower temperature not easy to adjust.

The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable beds, with decent wifi. REally liked the pool area, spacious, not busy and clean. Staff at reception are very helpful and friendly. Overall I didn't expect the level of quality we found, given this is a mid price range hotel in a central but not particularly touristy location. Little India and Arab street are a short walk away, which is great and the MRT is around the corner.

The room was pretty small but it's quite common in singapore and the sink is in the room, not in the bathroom. We only had one towel each and the hairdryer didn't work (staff kept trying to explain how to get it to work but it didn't).

Excellent location - short walk to either Little India or Rochor MRT stations. Easy walk into Little India and Arab St precincts across the main road. Mount Emily park (a hidden gem) nearby. The hotel operation is polished, professional and efficient. Nice pool area. In-house restaurant and breakfast good value. Staff kindly waived charges for an early check-in and late check-out. Thank you - will definitely stay again.

Room was small, but you get what you pay for, and everything was modern, super-clean and efficient with a comfortable bed, so not a real issue. A couple of fresh milk capsules in fridge would be a nice touch for late arrivals, although 7-eleven is nearby. Maybe add 2 glasses, as well as cups?

Staff was amazing especially Masao our host. Room was perfectly clean. Universal chargers. Wifi was great. The pool and gym are perfect size and also very clean.

Excellent place to stay, hotel is brand new and it’s located at a great place. Close to MRT station as well as walking distance to little India food court and Arab Street. Hotel is very clean and tidy room has all the facilities one would require, gym is good as well as an exceptional swimming pool. Staff are very friendly and help full from cleaning team to the reception team all have a smiling face which is pleasant to see.

There is nothing I would change in the hotel. Only thing I would do is put a hotel sign on the glass window at the lobby. As I had walked passed the window twice as it looks more like a entrance to restaurant next door. As a person who has never been to this hotel before it’s hard to find the entrance, looking in through the window restaurant sign which is exceptionally well marked out over shadows the hotel lobby. There is nothing on the double door to say that it the hotel lobby entrance as well as entrance to the restaurant next door.

It is very clean and pretty; the staff is very friendly.

I couldn't think of anything that I didn't like about this hotel. Maybe except for the absence of bathrobes, it pretty much had everything one could imagine. And the breakfast is pretty nice - a diverse choice in the buffet.

The hotel was really really nice . My only small problem was the location which is not the hotels fault since there were a lot of probably Indian men who lived in the area and who made weird looks while you pass by and on the metro later.As a woman it didn't feel so comfortable to return with the metro at night.

The location of hotel was excellent, close to two MRT stations, bus routes and walking distance to Little India and the Arabic Quarter. The room was the most expensive so far on my travels. However, the price was average for Singapore. My room was spotless, functional, compact and had all the facilities I required. Plus a large window, with a city view. Everything was to a high standard. I used the swimming pool and gardens which were well maintained and clean.

When I arrived and paid for the room there was a proportionate add on to the bill, which was not included in the price that I had been quoted. Excellent service at breakfast but it is nothing special.

Steps from Rochor MRT and Bugis MRT (further but access to other MRT lines). Various eating options in vicinity (check out Albert Centre for cheap tasty meals, and Feng Sheng Chicken Rice on Short St). 7-11 just downstairs of hotel. Room comes with blockout blinds. Air conditioning is very effective.

The shower head is fixed quite low. Bath a little cramp, not easy to dry yourself after shower. Noise penetrates wall quite a bit (heard neighbour's hair dryer at 1-2am a few nights). Room service time is at times inconvenient (early morning or late evening mostly).
