Room was very big with 1 balcony view to High Tatras and 1 terase view to the parking lot. Breakfast and dinner were excelent and the receptionist was very kind

It would be great to have more options for kids to play outside and also some kids playground indoor

Great location, easy and safe parking. Walking distance from a very good restaurant. Spa seemed very nice (didn't try). Breakfast was with good selection (the juice could be improved). Room was fine, we slept well. Very quiet place, easy to relax.

We liked a swimming pool and sauna facilities and the fact it all was under the same roof. The lady who was doing our massage was amazing. The room was a bit small but clean and tidy, bathroom and toilet was also clean.

Our room was just opposite to playing station (football table) for children. So after a whole day hike we were looking for a quiet place but instead we had shouting and running kids just outside of our door. We were rushed out of the dining area in the morning due to a school trip with many children around waiting for the breakfast. There was no kettle in the room available so weren’t able to make us a cup of tee or coffee.

Great dog friendly location, amazing staff. Nice breakfast buffet, ample parking, very friendly staff, Peter in particular was super helpful. Will be coming back for sure.
