good location, size of the room, very nice and helpfull staff, parking on property, this was not our first stay here, would recommend and come again

very slow internet connection, bathroom could use free shower gel, and it was very warm in the room (sure its summer, but there was no way to regulate it other than open windows)

Nothing serious, just a few hints maybe: - A little bit cold in the night despite the heating on full - A little smell in the bathroom - A small shelf in the entrance hall would be helpful for putting off gloves and cap :)

Good comfortable beds (mattress is rather hard). Well equipped kitchen (for a studio type room). Room service is limited (replenish toiletries and remove garbage daily), but it's ok. Location is a bit on a side of the village - no problem if you want a quiet stay. Dedicated car parking place. Shortcut footpath to Stary Smokovec available bypassing Grand Hotel side. Excellent value for the money.

Sound proofing could be better. Room doors bang really loud.

Big and spacious apartment with many wardrobes. It was possible to book it at short notice during the summer season. Kitchen was well-equipped. There are also some attractions for children - a trampoline and a corner with toys - our 2-year old daughter enjoyed playing there. Location was very convenient, close to Stary Smokovec, but at the same time the building is separated from Cesta Slobody and quiet. There is a small grocery store nearby, but it closes early afternoon.

Big, comfortable room. View to the mountains. Very good location - quite, next to the river and small market. Parking place is dedicated for each room, under the roof. Definitely the best place for such a price.

Everything was better than expected.

Room very clean, comfortable with all the necessary to stay several days. Near the train stop that allow to reach Mountain locations . Quiet hotel, with a nice view on the landscape

A lot of space in the apartment, even have a separate room to leave you luggage.

I did not find it very clean. Found even some lipstick on the floor left from someone. If you want to travel by foot the location is at the end of the road so to day.

Was even better, than I expected. The photos of the room do not show full picture. The room had everything we needed: cosy dining area, equiped with kitchenette, big bathroom, comfy beds. And most important for us - they allow dogs!

There was a shower head in the bath but no place to hang it to have a shower. This made it awkward to wash.

The room was nice, spacious. Kitchen had mostly all basic utensils. Kitchen table was also in the room. Bed was confortable. Quality saunas for additional price.

There was no shower kit, just a soap. Kitchen utensils were lacking, no boals, just plates. There was a bathtub but no place to hand a showerhead. No shower curtains. If you are staying more than 1 day, you have to oay extra for changing towels. General cleaning was just removing trashbin.
